Over the last 2 weeks I have been binge watching all your fresh pepper videos and trying to eat fresh Scotch Bonnets while I watch your videos. It has felt like we have tried to achievement chilli enlightenment together Your content is thoroughly enjoyable to watch and you seem to be a genuinely lovely person so I hope you're doing well, wherever you are now. I'm glad that it's not just me that's lit up by this sauce! First time I tried it I got lightheaded from hyperventilating a bit. Sort of expected it would be a 10, not an 11. This is around my limit for heat I still find enjoyable on food. Funny anecdote: I went out to an Indian buffet before going to donate blood, put this on my food without thinking about it, and when I got into the blood donation place my pulse was a bit too high for them to allow me to donate. I really would like more delicious sauces around this level of heat. Anything from around Garlic Reaper / AKA Miso, up to this is what I absolutely love the most (though I do love some less-hot sauces as long as their flavor is solid). But it's really hard to find sauces in those upper ranges without getting into garbage-tasting extract sauces. Have you ever considered doing maybe some yearly(?) summary or recommendation videos? Something like, "here's the sauces I tried this year, here's how they stack up against my favorites" / any which you bought again or have begun using regularly? Or "here's a few recommendations for these reasons, check out the full review if that sounds interesting?". I could understand reluctance though. There's a lot of content that devolves into lazy garbage top-ten list junk. Still, you've tried so many and have such well-thought-out opinions that I would love to see some sorts of sauce comparisons in some way.

Hiccups at the same places, taking a sip at the same place, same feeling of an endorphin rush, very amusing how identical and in parallel we were! The 10 vs 11 comment was a comment about me understanding your scale,, and how the stuff I've experienced compares to the stuff you have (underestimating how similar we are, I think) not about the heat of the hot sauce itself. First time since subscribing that I've got the same hotsauce as you've got! Since this one's so brutal, I'll go grab it and have a quarter / half-teaspoon alongside you for solidarity (hard to judge volume on a spoon I'm not familiar with, but it seems around that range?). Cheers!

The one sauce 🍾 that you need to do ..but you havnt is ≈ Endorphin Rush It used to be sold in novelty stores in the 90s .. but now you can still get it online. We had so much fun baking it into pizzas and stuff when i got my first place as an adult. Its the ultimate capsicum experience ,for a sauce, in my opinion. (: To me its the pioneer of super hot sauces.
