    How many minutes should I do the stair machine?

    I took Prolia 3 injections I stopped June 13, 2022 due to all of the bad side effects and law suits. I am using my stand up vibration machine 20 minutes per day which they say equals 40 minutes vibration machine I hope this is safe.

    I am confused about the exercise study.....is flexion exercise good or bad?

      Flexion is bad. Those who exercised with flexion had worse outcomes (more fractures), even if they also performed extension exercises. The best outcomes were for people who ONLY performed extension exercises.
