I had asked my Doc a few years ago about PT and then I went.. I left.. because it was very *SAD*.. these were young PT folks, absolutely clueless. I realized it as a (Healthcare Professional with a Medical Science/Healthcare background) and an athletic person all my life, and I KNEW there had TO BE MORE TO THIS, and these folks were NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE. We need Onero trained therapists in EVERY STATE in the country.

Shalom from Israel. I am 64 and was told that i have osteoporosis. I don't want to take the medication which the doctor recommended. I want to strengthen my bones with exercise (i also take calcium vitamin D3 and K2 and magnesium) . Thank you for your program. It is very different than OsteoStrong. There was a research article that compared them -asbmr.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/jbmr.4008. The Onero™ Program showed much greater effects without any issues.
Once you have worked with and trained patients, are they ever able to then continue the program and their own? I love the idea of this but if patients can never do this program on their own, I don’t see how it could ever be used long term… especially people without financial resources.

Hi my name is Annemarie, I have been bedridden for 3 years my muscles are very weak, because of my neck and lower back pain is 10 , in Sydney I got completely ignored, go swimming, I feel it in my lower lumbar spine, thanks 😊
That is very unfortunate, however, it is never too late.I don't know the system in Sydney, but maybe you can get a physical therapist to come to your home. There is a lot you can do even if you are bedridden. Put the attention out there to attract the right people to help you progress. Wishing you good health in 2024.
The good part about Onero is that they work with everyone individually and create a safe program regardless of their bone density scores and just modify the program as needed,

Is Onero suitable for any level of osteoporosis? I am 64 and have T scores of 4.3 in spine and 3.7 in femoral neck of hip. Thank you
