Even their random taxi drivers will sht on Malaysia whenever they heard their customer is a foreigner living in Malaysia (few Japanese friends had the same experience. They obviously expected my friends to join them bashing Malaysia, failing to understand that most people aren't like Singaporeans; they don't bother going and living in a country they hate and feel so much hatred due to superiority complex). As a Malaysian, it's best we don't claim they love our infrastructure or anything bona fide (yes they love stealing our oil subsidy, but that's not in good faith anyway) since they themselves won't admit it outloud, making us look syok sendiri claiming it.

Apart from the usual places in singapore like sri mariaman temple in the middle of chinatown, and the respective cultural districts, in many heartland areas, mosques, temples and churches are right next to each other and you can have hindu, buddhist, taoists and traditional chinese deities shrines just hanging around hawker centres. So weird wanting to sht on Malaysia having all that on purpose when the reason is different; we are not a city state like you, we don't have to build them so close and cluster them altogether for the sake of ease of policing. I really don't understand you people who put down Malaysia at every chance yet still goes here in order to afford your lifestyle. If my country is too expensive for me to afford normalcy and leisure to the point i have to cross to a supposed cursed ghetto land, i know i wouldn't be this cocky.

Before the Legoland developed JB is almost a skipped city between Spore n malacca/KL like ipoh but now hopefully things getting better. Lido beach was gone n at one time danga bay is a happenings leisure site. JB is international yet quite historical city maybe a river cruise through Johore Straits like those in Chao Phraya Bangkok is the most interesting touristic activity to do.
