Why don't you cover the rapid development happening in Skudai as well? The project of KSL that has taken Pulai Spring Resort Golf land called *'Pulai Bestari' and 'The Enclave'.* It is said that KSL is in discussion with the city council to make a new 4 lane roads to penetrate Skudai all the way into Iskandar Puteri highway too. This project is really massive, please take a look at that project as well.
Skudai seemed so neglected by all, it deserves its spotlight too.
Skudai Parade tu actually if we think about it, the land can be used to create another *Bus Terminal.* But it’s not just going to be any other normal bus terminals, this terminal should provide services for *bus cleaning, depot and garage.* A service centre that is not yet exist in Johor Bahru. As Skudai serves its purpose as the gateaway of Iskandar Region and the first stop of JB, many people used Skudai Parade as an unofficial stop centre if they’re taking the bus.
Given the situation and the issue of the unproductive land/building at Skudai Parade, I believe it is essential to deconstruct the entire place from scratch if we want it to be fully utilized. Once a transportation hub for buses is established there, I believe community spaces, future businesses, and potential residential areas within the vicinity could all be realized.

tbh most of the area are not dense enough, even whole greater jb just dominated 2M people, lrt plan still got a long way to go

For me, Johor will most likely be the Mega Metropolis in one or two years,or possibly by 2026 when RTS complete. Lots of exclusive stuff in Johor,plus the link with SG. I honestly think that it could be better with HSR Project(strongly hoping that the government will continue this project,because even though it is costing the earth,the result can be promising).
You want LRT/MRT? First, get at least 2mil people work/live in JB area first. No point building a small mrt/lrt when only 50,000 ppl commute daily. To give you an idea, Klang Valley has daily usage of 1mil for public transport per day!

JB need a lot of investments beside ai, tech, and financial companies. they also need a lot manufacturing companies as most of the population are not that skilled enough. Salaries increase and ringgit appreciation need to prevent locals from moving to singapore after RTS is completed. the realistic lure of money is still key to make JS-SEZ/SFZ/RTS a success. Properties price is rising and so will rentals and therefore goods and services, locals salaries need to increase significantly. Cheap presentable public housing for the low income has to be built as the economic benefits will not be evenly spread. MM2H shall be amended to allow foreigners to have a stake in the future of JB, to set the bar too high and banking on unrealised future prosperity is not wise. It will simply be a repeat of 2006 Iskandar Malaysia.

Bajet 2025 ni peruntukan untuk ART JB..harap Bajet akan dtg akan ada peruntukan untuk LRT JB pula

Johor Bahru is a district by itself with JB City the core commercial centre under the governance of MBJB. Iskandar Puteri and Pasir Gudang are districts by themselves governed by MPIB and MPPG respectively.
Greater JB is a collective of districts that include MBJB, MPIB, MPPG and MPKu (District of Kulai).
@@udasalleh9since when PG and Iskandar Puteri become a district of its own? Both currently under JB district. The state gov only consider the proposal of PG to become new district back in 2022, it is just a planning.

Bila lihat jaringan jalan raya..pembangunan dan luas area kawasan...lagi 15 tahun JB akan potong Selangor & Pulau Pinang...
Pembangunan di Johor Bahru boleh dikatakan sekata & amat rancak..dlm skala yg lebih besar drp Lembah Klang...
Lagi 5 tahun confirm dah boleh ada sistem LRT/ MRT kat JB

Little bit sad, when masses consider development only means concrete jungles, skycrapers, malls ... but less on public parks, public fields, public playgrounds where people can have work / life balance
The Crown Park near Istana? Hutan Bandar MBJB? TMIYC? Hutan Bandar Mutiara Rini? Bukit Indah Park? Taman Merdeka? Sg Segget Park? Those are public parks. How many more do you want?

Larkin Sentral akan dipindahkan dan dibangunkan semula di kawasan berhampiran stadium tertutup Arena Larkin berdekatan laluan landasan rel. Akan ada satu stesen rel di Larkin untuk kemudahan ETS dan KTM KOMUTER.... menjadikan kawasan itu hab pengangkutan utama bagi Bandaraya JB.

@@semadisait9432 Master english language??, apart from Singapore, Malaysia definitely better than other neighbouring countries. Not to deny the importance of knowing other languages, but there are some many other factors to enable one nation to complete globally, Japan & S Korea area classic example, none of them are master in English language and yet they are world economic superpower.

Tidak. Mula2 dahulu projek RTS ini membabitkan memanjangkan jaringan MRT dari S'pore.... tetapi kerajaan persekutuan menggantikannya dengan sistem LRT.
