Same happened for me when in home but suddenly Pondicherry toll la deducted nu message vanthuchu...then kotak fastag ku complaint raise panen they refunded next day stating system error.

Actual procedure enna na bank ku transaction dispute Pathi complaint raise pani avanga tollgate kitta charge back request raise panuvaanga with cctv footage . But idhula enna vedikaiyana vishayam na .icici fastag customer care contact pana mudiyaadha . One of the worst fastag support .

Aiyo bro.. Same problem for me. I'm from Thanjavur. Every time I cross chittampatti toll, they deduct the money via number plate only. Sometimes Triple deduction was made. Since I'm not in Madurai, huge problem in contact them. No response. Worst toll. Looted more than ₹1200 till now.

I faced such problems. When I sold 2 cars, and fast tag stickers are in my hand, I faced toll deduction. The problem was solved when those account of car no. are deleted. In the absence of stickers deductions are made.
