All said and done their after sales service, absolutely trash. I own Xylo E8. In the second service, it self i started doing my service out side. Till date after making 2 lakh km I have not had any major issues. Except changing tyres.

Way better back design than the previous model.and i also like velu sir's idea that you get the ride of xuv 700, but don't want such a big car ,then this is your car. That's something i want. If sales of Xuv 3xo is not that great or as expected, Mahindra will definitely introduce ventilated seats in top end L variants and TC in diesel. Because Mahindra has a history of increasing car prices after 3 or 6 months. So along with price hike post election result, ventilated seats, TC and any other few improvements considering user reviews will be done by Mahindra. We may even expect some feature downgrades like Xuv 300.

I like the interior cabin designs - balck dashboard and ivory colour seats. Exterior design could be better designed mainly side view lags in proportion. Front view also not impressed.
If u drive more than 1500kms / month, go for diesel. Diesel mc Torque is good, but we get near same in petrol turbo. Petrol maintenance is low. U can run happy 300k kms. Diesel machines maintenance will be costlier after 125k kms. Nowadays, due to emission norms, Diesel machines are costlier. Others features are available in both the versions.
