▸ Doctor Victor Von Doom is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in The Fantastic Four #5 (July 1962). The monarch of the fictional nation of Latveria, Doom primarily serves as the archenemy of Reed Richards and the Fantastic Four. He has also come into conflict with other superheroes in the Marvel Universe, including Spider-Man, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, the X-Men, and the Avengers. He has also been portrayed as an antihero at times, working with the heroes if their goals align and only if it benefits him.

they would probably accumulate energy until they both became the most powerful begins in existence, or until they break under the strain of containing the energy.

I’m putting out a public comment waiting for the next writer to literally nuke away anything that Jason Aaron has done that retconned marvel history into this.
I think it'd be awesome when MCU Secret Wars comes along it Doom that saves the day and then it goes into a Doom origin movie/series and it also brings in all the other properties into the MCU.
You have to make Doom do some really unforgivable, horrific shit occasionally or he becomes more popular among readers than most of Marvel's heroes. He's just so damn cool. Easily my favorite comic villain.
Fantastic Four could be from the 60s in the MCU & they’re on this travel through time chasing Doom because he technically has a similar plan to Kang so Doom eventually finds that Kang has the same plan but he realizes Kang has more tech than he does so the fantastic four catches up with Doom & Doom plans a way to trick the fantastic four into helping them defeat Kang in Kang Dynasty & Doom takes Kangs Tech for himself thus Secret Wars.
Tony Star had to have gotten the Baxter building from somewhere, but they could also be newer heroes and buy the building post Tony Starla death

Bro, aren't those the granddaughters of Old Thor we saw in the God Butcher storyline? And I'm pretty sure that's just Vision and not his daughter.
Loved Gorr but the movie one? Not so much. As for the granddaughters, they were in a few more comics centred in that particular alternate future. It might not be long before MCU adds them too in some time travel alternate future plotline. With Kang being the big bad it's very much possible.

This version of Doom isn't even top 10 most powerful but however he is a cool concept even though I don't like the "I needed to sacrifice things I love for my power" rather then just Doom earning the power due to his knowledge & intelligence but still a cool concept for a villain.
Well considering he successfully defends himself from avenger prime, who solo'd several dozen mephisto's. And old man Phoenix I would debate him into the top 10

Also keep in mind sometimes comics do nerf characters to put others over, Silver surfer loses to the fantastic 4, Owen Reece lost to the sentry, Sentry lost to knull pretty easy before knulls amp etc...
But if Phoenix old man Logan was using the full power of the base form Phoenix plus his indestructible claws & the feats/statements was consistent to the Phoenix lore then yes this doom would be like number 9, but there are still over 9 more who have better feats/statements.

I have to say that Doom is the strongest bad guy and that is only for the Doom that we will not see loose any battle ever.

It’s a dark little Elseworlds story. But like Dark Knights Metal, gets too meta and edgelord for it’s own good. What makes Doom great isn’t that he’d mutilate and torture people. It’s his ambition and ability to be purely good or evil and think strategically are what makes him so interesting. Like in Secret Wars (both of them) he wasn’t on any side but looking at the bigger picture. He isn’t Carnage or Hush. I don’t find this true to his character at all.
Then there’s the fact that if this truly was the multiverse there’d be version of Doom that had the gauntlet (just like council of Reeds) or had kept the powers of the Beyonder and would be so far beyond being anyone’s slave. The Doom Above All would be the smartest and most ambitious, not the most sociopathic. He even found killing the alternate Owen Reece’s in Time Runs Out a little disturbing and petty.
Methinks plans have changed at the movie studios and we’re going to be seeing a lot more stories like this starting Doom down the pipeline…
Also, are most of Jason Aaron’s major story arcs named after/adapted from past Marvel stories?
@@benparrish672 im with you on Aaron but Donny Cates' doing pretty good with what he got. Sure it's kinda humiliating for Odin to be reduced to a hammer but Odin's character development is evident even pre-hammer. Odin learning humility like he did with Thor by literally being a sentient hammer is pretty compelling as silly as that sentence is

Jason aaron has mainly just been doing the one idea of "this character is mixed with this character" throughout his avengers run. It's a fun idea but I think it's being spammed into the ground.
