  • Guys often ask me. "Are there any natural remedies for low testosterone?"
In this video, I look into that question by exploring some of the research behind an indian herb called ashwagandha.
Here's a few links to some ashwagandha products on amazon:

I began taking this a few months ago in hopes to treat low testosterone. It decreased my cortisol levels and decreased my stress and anxiety but did nothing to my testosterone levels. Still a win in my book. I’m
Much more chill now than I was.

I have taken Adderall for many years at varying doses, and it really helps me - I have found ashwagandha significantly helps with side-effects. I told my psychiatrist and he was happy to hear it. Been taking them together for years now.

I started the Ashwaganda KSM 66 version, and it has increased my energy, enhanced my focus, relaxed me, I'm less nervous, I sleep soundly at night, I'm excited to exercise. My mind is less clouded and I can think clearly I'm more of a happy person also compared to when I wasn't on it, so might have helped me with depression. It's great and has improved my quality of life. I have been taking it 6 months now. I do sometimes take it with GABA which gives me a calm sensation and helps with my anxiety. Although most times I take the ashwaganda in the morning and the GABA on evenings. Would loves to know if there are any long-term side effects of taking it???

I took it for a few months. 1200mg with black pepper. I’m 34. I was waking up with my dick so hard it felt like it was ready to pop. I’d say it increased my testosterone a decent amount.

I'm using Ashwaghanda KSM. Mostly to lower my cortisol. And I combine it with tongkat ali. Tongkat is more effective for test as I see in clinical trials. Don't want to make medical claims. Just what I read from clinical trials. (you don't grow muscle from it). I don't want to make medical claims as you ask in your description. But I notice positive effect from it. And that's not a placebo effect. Ashgwaghanda has a bit of another effect. More calming if I may say that.
A lot of clinical trials you can see on mayo clinic and pubmed.
    Thanks for sharing. Grtz
