I too have family in Copenhagen and was there a few weeks ago. I've visited Woolstock in the past and have the same impressions you have -- it's just delightful. I visited Knitting for Olive this trip because I've heard so much about the yarn on numerous podcasts. I found it rather disappointing too -- very cold, sparse atmosphere, though I did love all their knit samples. This is my first time listening to your podcast, but it won't be my last. I found you to be easy to listen to and very informative.

Oh what a lovely video! I don’t knit at the moment (I mainly sew) but used to many years ago, but I still love your content. And I LOVE Copenhagen! I live in Sweden but go to Copenhagen now and then as it’s such a charming and friendly city.
Your packpack looks really nice, Noodlehead makes the most gorgeous bag patterns (I follow her on Instagram) and I have been looking for a backpack pattern!

Just found your channel, it's great! I'm a Brit living in Oslo so I loved seeing you walk around Copenhagen into the cute yarn shops which are quite similar to what there is here in Oslo. I'm from Bristol and my Brother is from Dursley, so it was cool to see that you're from Stroud. It reminds me of home :-).

Hi! I’ve just discovered your channel thanks to the algorithm, and I’d just like to say that I really love your video and round up of your trip to Copenhagen 😊 As a half Dane, half Brit (grew up in Suffolk) living in Aarhus, I can highly recommend a trip to my city where we also have quite a few yarn shops 💓 I’ve only been to the KFO store here in Aarhus, which is really lovely with friendly staff, so I can’t comment on the store in Copenhagen, but I do agree with you about some Danes coming off as cold even though they don’t mean to. I can’t wait to watch more of your videos 🥰

Oh Wow! How exciting to see the wool shops on Copenhagen. You showed great restraint with your purchases. I would have found it so hard to control myself being surrounded by all that wool. Such a shame you got a frosty reception in the Knitting for Olive shop. I always think a friendly welcome makes such a difference to any shopping experience. By coincidence, I am knitting my own self drafted version of the Ingrid sweater. I only have part of a sleeve to complete. It is a design I have hankered after for a while. Such a wonderful video and thank you for sharing your trip.

What a delightful visit. Silk/mohair can be fussy to knit with, but it knits up beautifully and is wonderful to wear. I'm finishing up silk/mohair scarves for Christmas. One is close to the berry color you chose. I think the last shop would be my favorite, too! Do you have a favorite yarn shop in London? Your packpack is lovely. When I travel I always bring a vaccum bag or two. It helps compact fabric and yarns that I pick up on my travels.
