When you move the tonearm on genuine gramophone, the needle meshes smoothly, but on those Replicas, it's flimsy, and mostly skipping because of bad tracking. You have played it wrongly. Needle has to be placed is correct position.
Everything wrong, the platter is moving up and down and you put the needle on the wrong side to the record, so it may damage the record more.

You are placing the needle wrong. It supposed to be on the right side, needle positioned at roughly 60 degree. Needle should play from inside out.
