    Your bronco raptor will drive much smoother when you go off road if you lower your tire pressures, the bronco raptor from the factory runs pretty tall pressure I think it’s 37 psi if you drop them down even just to 30 psi that would make a huge difference in comfort and handling.

    • @pwrofgrayskull

      I think he was around 27. It showed tire pressure on the dash somewhere at the end.

    I live in Moab and hard use my raptor bronco daily and have zero issues.
    Hard use: I dive mine harder than 99% of people drive their side by sides.

    Baha mode stiffens up suspension so that you can do some actual high speed. What you're doing is not. Which is why we're feeling a lot of the bumps. Pure operator error . How do you own a raptor and not know how to drive it yet

  • @Deatomizer
    @Deatomizer 6 месяцев назад +14

    All manufactures have issues. TFL's Tacoma blew the front end driving on snow.

      @MN_XJ_Mike, I'm sure the issue ben had was minor. Blowing the front end is insane on any vehicle.

      What does that mean? What is the Ford thing? Serious question from someone who does not own a Ford and has no clue what this means or what it was doing at the end. Error codes? Electrical problems? Both?

    I have a Bronco Raptor and it is awesome. I have not had any issues and it is a beast offroad for a stock vehicle. I don’t know what he is talking about to say the Jeep went through easier. Open area and the Raptor is smooth and absorbs landscape easily

    "I still think out of the box the most capable vehicle you can buy from the factory." As soon as you say that "Drive mode not available" and "Service vehicle soon" along with other errors appear. The universe has spoken.

    What troubles me about vehicles like this that sell the appeal of high speed capable offroading, is they encourage bad behavior from people who dont know what they are doing by giving them a false sense of confidence. I see it all the time when I am out on the trails.
    Trail conditions can change at the blink of an eye, sometimes dramatically, and traveling at a high rate of speed means your reaction time is more limited. The stresses placed on a vehicle increase exponentially at higher speeds, so the likelihood of breaking things obviously increases as well. Trail degradation also rises. I suspect people who buy these probably dont think about such things.
    I also predict there is going to be a point where more trail closures will occur and more rules will be put into place because of the negative impacts of people driving vehicles like this.

    • @Mattberryfan

      I predict and suspect you’re not the kinda person that would or could buy a bronco.

    • @sandp.7472
      @sandp.7472 6 месяцев назад +1

      @@Mattberryfan You are correct on all counts. I have an older Jeep. I cannot afford a new Jeep or Bronco, but I'm quite happy with what I have.
      My comment was not directed to a Bronco, or any vehicle per se. It was my observations based on 30+ years of off roading in the southwest.

    The stuff you went threw you didn't need your dif locked line you said. Their would need to be more sand, mud, thin rocks and other terrain to have your dif lock really help out. Sometimes with really uneven slops helps out too. Never really use the dif lock that much when I had it. Though I never used the different modes vehicle's had when 4 wheeling other then 4 high and low.

    Engine seems to be working really hard for such little pace. Is that a V8? Well since the engine is working so hard, maybe let in some high performance engine noise…
    Also way too much steering wheel movement, too loose, like my Dad’s old ‘77 Country Squire. Though that 400 ci V8 sounded way better than this thing.😄
