Such a beautiful area that i know reasonably well but always something new to take your breath away on each visit!. Many thanks for all your videos!!!. Rog. Pacific Sunset ( LA).
Hi, How's it going? I hope you're having an amazing day and I hope you're happy on this day. Wow, I like this country very much because The neighborhoods here are beautiful. Yeah, It is a quiet neighborhood. It's a beautiful sunny day outside and The weather is great. Yo! You did a great job, Keep it up, Do what you love and Do what makes you happy. I liked your video, Thank you very much. Greetings from Lima, Peru. 🦙🇵🇪🗽🇺🇸👍🙂
As EU citizen first thing I notice is the lack of sidewalks. Almost everything in US is car-orientated, I like the greenery here tho. Thanks for sharing the video.
Yes! Majority of the US is very car-centric! Especially LA. I really wish there was more walkable neighborhoods here. Most residential neighborhoods in Los Angeles have sidewalks. But expensive neighborhoods such as Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and Hollywood Hills don't seem to have them. Where in the EU do you live? Thanks for watching!
@@Omwvlog Sofia, Bulgaria. The city is quite compact with well developed public transport in most parts, but also many prefer using cars. At the foot of Vitosha mountain are located some expensive neigbourhoods. Interestingly, these lack sidewalks too.
@@Dream-on7ps Just did a google search of Sofia. There isn't a lot of pictures. But the buildings look beautiful. Interesting that the expensive part there lack sidewalks too! Thank you for sharing!

I love these drives, but the neighborhoods are so private and exclusive that it is hard to enjoy the beauty of most homes (understandably, I guess, lol). Nevertheless, it is a relaxing video to watch.
The layouts were designed in these ways with the intended claustrophobic narrows. There's no thru traffic, and the original home owners and residents that formed them were all high level people that were in the businesses of Hollywood. So they could be close by but still have their getaway from the craziness of the city sprawls.anyone that doesn't belong there sticks out really fast and your not going up in that mess let alone even know it was there to begin with.
I worked as a motorcycle messenger in this part of town and it was the worst. You lose cell service, the roads of winding, it's hard to find some houses, and there always seems to be construction.
Jack.... I've just commented on another clip how terrible the streets are. My husband for the past 40+ yrs was a construction supervisor....these streets are terrible !!
What a wonderful day for a drive. I am a bit confused about the housing. Some of the areas look like middle class American while others scream upper class. What was that little shopping area? I really loved those white trees. Any idea what type they might be? Again thank you for the drive. GOD bless
I thought about that too! I think it's because they were all built in different times. But it's a good question! I think it's just a little neighborhood shopping and business area. It probably gets a lot of business because it's the closest place for gas and stuff. Those trees are pretty! not sure what they are
@@Omwvlog The trees appear to be Australian Ghost Gums. I say this because LA has a lot of Tasmanian Gum Trees. Most people in LA love the Aussie gum trees and others do not as their leaves contain Eucalyptus Oil that explodes when exposed to fire. Yes. But you hardly see any one on the streets. The residents prob have their own home gym or have an expensive private membership. If there are people on the streets. It's usually workers/gardeners.. hired help
It would drive me nuts with all the park cars, the road isn’t wide enough and you have to zigzag in and out for oncoming traffic. 😂 I guess in the rich neighborhood they don’t care about how wide the street is 😮 and hardly any sidewalks people have to walk in the street.

There are sidewalks in Beverly Hills and Holmby Hills. Bel Air is a gated community.
Its very nice of the vlogger to pull over to the side and let those speeders get their coffee and cigarettes from the local seven eleven store .

Yah there are no sidewalks in this area. I'm assuming it's because people don't walk around in this area often.
Seems strange to me that there are hardly any sidewalks and in such an affluent area too.

I think they covered that part of the hill because of all the rain that we were having. Protecting the hill from a mudslide
