I had carpal in both hands, at the time of my surgery my Dr told me that it may come back and it did in one hand. Boy I know alot about nerve pain. Great video. Thank you 😊

I need help with sll my nerves, from neck/head to toes mostly on my left side from my brain trauma on left side nerves from shingles years later, so any tips in nerves,, are well my chest breast area are still tingly numb that alone gets on my nerves making things worse, that alone gets on my nerves " much appreciated. Also if the arm tingles are under the arm and chest back of shoulder traps and armpit , and sides , ibliques do you know the line ii might try.

I've had ct scans and 2 mri's. Problem still not found. Both feet partly numb. Right side of nose ,mouth & cheek partly numb. But, worse is my right hand. Been a very strong picky buzzing , not just top or lower fingers, whole right hand, for over a year now. Some say small stroke. But if so, what did it do to cause this? Nerve block? Blood flow block?? Any help or fix?

Face, hand, and leg on the same side does sound more like a brain problem (i.e. stroke). However, as to what caused it, it is hard to say.
Thanks for this super clear explanation to the origins of numbness in my fingers when I wake up. Love the belt exercise, will def try.
