basically, it's effect of double rolling accuracy was implemented in the code 'incorrectly'(some claim this is actually false and it was working as intended.) In a nutshell, let's say you stabbed bandos, his dice would roll between 1-30,000 for his def and 1-30,000 for your attack. whoever got higher role would either block or hit. the change is that the double reroll did the reroll on both your attack roll, AND the defence, rather than just rerolling your attack. for example, if bandos rolled a 26,000 for his defence and you rolled a 14,600 for your attack, you would lose meaning you'd hit a 0, but the effect kicks in rerolling your attack again... lets say you rolled a 18,300. than you would still hit a zero. HOWEVER, the way it was before the nerf, using the same numbers, bandos 26,000 and you 14,600... it would reroll both, you rolled 18,300 but it forced bandos to also reroll, and this time he rerolled a 13,000 meaning you hit him. this is a clear way to see how using the same numbers resulted in two different outcomes
Just did bandos for the first time few weeks ago and got tassets drop from steelwill. Everyone in the cc was going nuts and I didn’t realize how rare that was until I looked up the drop rate. Also rip pre-nerf fang, it was fun while it lasted.

Does it make a lot of sense to release an item and then change it after 2 months? Seems unfair to people who didn't get to use fang pre nerf
The specifics of the fang nerf are kinda obscure. So for a standard accuracy roll, your attack is rolled, the opponents defence is rolled, if attack is higher than defence, its a hit.
For the pre-nerfed fang having two accuracy rolls, it would roll attack, roll defence, if that was a miss, it would re-roll attack, and ALSO re-roll the monster's defence.
Post nerf, the monster's defence is no longer re-rolled, only a second attack roll compared to the same original defence roll.
The reason this is significant is for high defence monsters, if they got a high defence roll, it could re-roll to something more average and more likely to hit. Now, if the first roll is a high defence roll, you're basically given two chances to beat that high defence roll. The numbers get complicated, but overall its about a 15% nerf roughly.
Yeah and a 15% nerf means you're talking being in combat for 18% longer and apparently having half the graardor kills per trip. Oof. Huge nerf in that regard.
Awesome vid! Started bandos recently on my iron doing the bowfa method, got tassets and bcp by 86kc. Maybe next time you do a zammy or bandos video, try the bowfa method. It's still relatable to a lot of players looking to solo gwd as it's really not that expensive, and it's really fun and quick to learn

Such great luck on this video mr. Nosleep. As someone who used to play on a mousepad and couldn’t do things like this it is very entertaining to watch. I would love to see a remake of something similar like this with a bandos godsword or dragon war hammer. Maybe a hunt for the pet. Thank you.
Those times when you can’t sit in a bit comfy chair at a big comfy desk with a big comfy monitor are the worst. The people who continue to grind in mobile and with a mousepad are absolute legends.

I think I did my own 10 hours or of sara gwd recently. Went for 200 kills on my log, actually stopped at 260. Got a shard from a minion and that kinda killed the drive a little bit, lol.

Good video! Fang is still BIS at Bandos & almost all places it was pre-nerf, though a bit slower still. Better than rapier for sure haha. Also why do you keep dragging in your alt account to click? Do you not have dual monitors?

If anyone is wondering, if you have three ecu keys stored, fill your inventory with manta rays and potions of your choosing, grab KC off goblins (takes 3 1/2 minutes) then suicide in bandos layer. Grab a key, refill your inventory with more food and potions then head back to bandos. It’s faster and cheaper than racking up KC at nex bank
Great vid dude, I've been running nearly the same setup, however karil top really cuts of alot of the magic damage you get from steel will. However I find Sgs is a decent spec wep, it sucks when it misses tho.

Fang should be best in slot for stab and high defense. They only nerfed it because they fucked up and made it a common drop. Anyone can just run 50 invo and get it easily. Nobody complains about twisted bow or staff being too OP because they’re so rare. ToA has been a disaster since release. Much too accessible for anyone to solo.

Me and my friends have been doing bando’s together and we have around 600 KC in total between all of us… think we have 3 tassets, 2 boots and all sword pieces so far
Used fang this morning didn't see a big big difference after nerf managed to get a bcp drop fang spec at bandos is still kick ass
You should do loot from $5M coins or something like that where you have a certain budget to spend on supplies and see how much loot you can get from it

The fang is less useful outside of TOA because it doesn't roll the Monsters defence.

For those wondering, Fang is 15% worse than it was at graardor after the nerf. Bowfa and Shadow are better than it, before it was better than Bowfa.

Don't know why you keep saying the fang was nerfed. The nerf has been postponed until such a time as they make an announcement. It was supposed to be nerfed for Monday the 31st of October, but they didn't go through with it.
Maybe bring the lightbearer for the time between the spawn
Full justy at max combat really is free at bandos and zammy.
Especially zammy, no magic attack, no prayer reduction, max hit goes from 52 to 37 with just his normal melee hits.
Range and melee minion are 0 threat.
I used to do 15-18 kill trips with justy & full tank with an avernic.
With some food drops though & rng is rng, k'ril might decide youre only doing 4 kills 😅
