@@palesomim4306great advice. 56 and still going at it strong. Molding your workouts to what surfing demands, stretching correctly, and eating light and well. That will help. Oh yeah, not too much drinking helps
I feel the same way. If i dont stretch and loosen up every morning, my body lets me know, especially my back. Being 40 also, i feel its more important than ever to take the time to find the time, to at least 10 mins of light morning movement
Flipping the wave off. Gotta try that. I’m commenting just to up your algorithm Mumbo jumbo thingo. I’m on week two post op from having my supraspinatus muscle reattached. Enjoy your ability to paddle out!
Honestly, no video is needed. You just do it. There’s nothing more to it or anything that needs to be taught. Your eyes get used to it over time, and I only do it when I’m surfing clear water.
That was super super cool. My buddy Gerlach is there now teaching also. Looks amazing.
I saw he was over there at the moment... it's an amazing resort
The reason I train so hard is so I can "get after it when it's on". 50 years old and I can still put in 6 hours of surfing in a day.
I’m with you just a bit older at 64. Stretch every morning, listen to my body and still can surf long sessions

Looks good, I’m overdue for a tropical surf trip
Man, dropping that chest during long paddle outs is legit! Portugal this autumn! Ever thought of a coaching trip in the region?
energy conservation, that's what it's all about!
yeah we have actually. I've even thought about moving there! we may try and do a trip in 2024
@@SurfStrengthCoach That would be insane! I'll keep my eyes on the newsletter
IDK why but the board launching at 11:53 was just hilarious to me. Hope you had a good time bro.

Can you do a video on opening eyes under the water like you did at 0:17
I can't imagine myself doing that. The water is just so salty it seems risky

Same story with Bulging disc though understand your body is key to stop the pain and surf !
So cool man!
Can boards be rented there and when is the best time of the year to go for small to medium size surf?
Contact the camp. I personally don’t know
good stuff
You must do well to be staying at that resort or you work a deal bringing a bunch students.
I don't get it, why would you come all the way here and not surf when there's waves - even if the next day is forecasted to be better?
hah..Supermanning is a great reference..yea i have to warmup or i,ll pull a muscle making breakfast
🤙🏻
