My friend this is exactly my problem and I have just discovered this not to long ago and have been suffering for the last seven years of my life. How can I fix my anterior pelvic tilt? I already do clam shells to strengthen the glutes, side leg raises, and I don't do glute bridges cause I hate them but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to do them. I don't do ab or core work and obviously that helps as well. Like you know I do have muscular imbalances as well that needs to be fixed. Please help me sir or guide me in the right direction.
