- TACTICAL TAILOR version 3.
Being a gear queer and decided to buy the Malice Pack Version 3. When looking for more info on it I couldn't find too much out there so decided to make this video.
Wished i bought one of these I bought a Valhalla one instead its similar but it doesn't have the bottom zip it just has a stuff hole on the bottom side.
Damn the zipper on this one is nice
Have you jumped the pack yet? I’m wanting a new ruck but debating between modifying an Alice pack and using the old shitty frame or getting the TT Malice. All the authorized use list I see have the TT as a no go because of the welded frame and not riveted.
Aw no i have not and tbh if it is a no go i would just modify your own it will be wayyy cheaper. Or you can buy the pack and use the old frame. I'm not on airborne status anymore thank god xD
The tac tailor malice is not jumpable in the 82nd because tac tailor hasn’t paid to have it tested however you can buy an old malice and add the pouches and it’s jumpable
@@brandonburns9046 isn’t the rhino ruck jumpable?
@@connoradkins4973 I’m not sure I left the 82nd over the summer. typically anything tac tailor isn’t jumpable within the 82nd because tac tailor won’t pay division to test their equipment.
How many liters of total capacity? Or cubic inches ?
Can you detach the sleeping system compartment?
No
the frame is much better than the alice
does it have a radio pouch?
How do you access the sleep system compartment? Does it have a zipper or something on the bottom or does it access from the bottom of the main compartment?
Yeah it has a zipper at the bottom and no it does not have access from the main compartment its not like the normal ruck from cif its two separate compartments. At 4:47 of the video on the right u can see the 2 zipper strings
Is it waterproof or water resistant?
It is for sure water resistant but the material is not like a poncho or anything and that’s what ur poncho is for anyways
@@fishstick6606 it's resistant, I have had for 5 years and when it snowed one day everything soaked through
@@randomikey5678 aw thank you for the clarification
