      Not right now, but in five or so years it totally could.
      We all remember how AI art went from spaghetti to full fledged paintings in what seemed like a month. same thing is going to happen with AI music.
      I personally am fine with AI art, but music seems a bit to human to be to be made by AI so im hoping that humans will have faith in other humans but its still gonna be a big thing

    • @xcqde108
      @xcqde108 5 месяцев назад +3

      well AI just follows patterns that doesn’t mean it can’t create anything new. It can reference a “good” thing from something that already exists but it can make something with reference to that good thing even though it isn’t that good thing. Basically it can take parts of information that make the result better, but that doesn’t mean it can’t use generated parts in the result.

    • @FrozenJustIce.

      Give anything time, and IT WILL develop. I don't care if I love it or hate it, AI WILL overtake humans at one point. If you can ever simulate a neuron were gone man were cooked!

    how to make brownie:
    Ingredients:
    1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
    2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
    4 large eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3/4 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    Instructions:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.
    In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
    In a separate bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
    Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
    Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
    Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
    Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

      Plus, when it comes to music. The artist also gets more attention than let's say visual arts.
      I'll assume a hypothesis from the perspective of the general audience.
      Make a good song and some people will definitely for you for more.
      Make good art usually they will look at it for a while to appreciate and move away, regard for the artist is generally lower

    how to stop ai (even though it will never advance quicker than us): just don't use it, it costs money to run ai. If you use character ai, that's fine, because that uses knowledge given from the creator and saved chats with it. So it has some originality.

    it's just gonna be used as another tool.
    there's vsts that mimic realistic guitar and pianos, that surely did not discourage people from buying the instruments themselves and learning actual guitar and piano. i don't see what makes this more different.
    i do admit though, ai may be more dominate in genres that are known to be more "online orientated", such as edm, dnb, techno, ect. but still, raves and live concerts of bands will always exist. there will always be a market for human art in general.

  • @FrozenJustIce.
    @FrozenJustIce. 5 месяцев назад +2

    AI Will beat us.
    I'm tired of seeing people say "It CoUlD nEvEr BeAt My FaVoRiTe ArtIst," and right now sure, thats true. But if we look at how fast AI art and robotics in general have improved in the past ten years we see that's its pretty exponential and I'd give it 10-15 years before its at our level. It may not replace your favorite artist but it is SURE going to be at their level.

    • @IAmAydenRiley
      @IAmAydenRiley  5 месяцев назад +1

      It's definitely a possibility, I'm pretty sure supreme court passed a law tho saying that nothing produced with AI ca be copyrighted, so that will tur a lot of people off from using it for commercial use I hope

    My friends and I have made some absolute bangers. Make and tune your own lyrics with chat gpt. It does some styles extremely well. And nails some artists extremely well. Compared to music these days you can't really tell the difference tbh.
    It's extremely impressive technology that's only in its infancy. And that's without a work flow. Once it can be ran locally and can tune/train every part of it, it will be insane. Imagine micro watching your song with a comfy ui type feel.
    It definitely won't replace real great artists tough. With raw talent and feeling. And if you're scared of it, you're producing mediocre music.
    Right now it's just something fun to use and get entertainment out of.

      yea problem with it is that it wont invent new genres of music, it can mash existing ones together, but no new genres, which every new music boom in history started by someone inventing a new genre of music that previously would have been thought to sound weird but then catches on and becomes popular.

    • @AllDayRayRay
      @AllDayRayRay 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@Captn-Z-Fear Yeah but no ones relying on AI to invent new genres, just to master the existing ones. Suno does a surprisingly good job mashing Genres through, its super fun to play around with. It has made a ton of genres I've never even considered or heard of lol

    • @Captn-Z-Fear
      @Captn-Z-Fear 5 месяцев назад

      @@AllDayRayRay Yea, but it leaves a vacuum for humans to fill in terms of new music genres in the future.
      However AI will learn those newly invented genres very fast and master them almost immediately. Also Q* algorithm might fix the AI not being able to invent new things problem.
