I personally like it and I also liked seeing your workout. I’m a long time follower since you were in nursing school. You give me and I’m sure others to live my best life. You are so sweet! I work in EMS, and I love night shift. And can so relate to a lot of what you deal with. Most people don’t understand how hard it is sometimes working night shift.
I’m a registered nurse as well and I also work night shifts. Just ordered the verb bars because I need a pick me up at night other than coffee. I’m excited to try!!

I am so glad that I found your channel! I have been an X-ray tech for 10 years doing off and on nights weekends and sometimes extra prn on top of full time.
