I'm 16 and almost at your starting point. Honestly didn't think I could ever do a full planche. But this video proved that it's possible.
How tall are you though?

You could start at 30 and still learn the full planche, 16 is nothing. More than achievable

Progressions mainly, tucked planche pushups. tucked straddle and straddle planche

No such thing as too tall. There are even taller athletes than that who are excelling in planche. Don't limit yourself bro. For example, I'm 84kg now, but can still planche, I don't let my weight stop me.
