    Truly a masterpiece! I'm a big MYST fan, have played all the games, and I really think you nailed it! Bravo!

    Holy hell that was so expertly done i thought i was legit in the world of exile. The staging before the coaster portion... chefs kiss... it felt so real and so in scale and the lighting... my God... that eerie feeling that you get with myst games. A sickly green glow under resplendent glass windows.
    Bravo good sir!!

    This was incredible! Like RCT3 meets Myst3!! I was blown away by this.... Obviously you put a lot of time and attention to detail into this. Great work and thanks for sharing!

    As someone that bought and played this when it came out in 2002... wow, head blown ! This is epically wel done :)

    Poor Savedro! He got the mediocre ending. Would be cool to have some foliage like the tree age; maybe cover up that dead air space.

    Wow. I mean, wow. Not just that it's a cool coaster through J'nanin, but that it's an entire ride experience, the sort you would find at a high class theme park... and the detail even down to the queuing areas, and how it plays out the game itself. Amazing result for the work that must've gone in!

    Well done. The best implementation of image screens I’ve seen.

    • @BradHamiltonVideo
      @BradHamiltonVideo  3 года назад

      Thanks - I often try to avoid image screens lately if I can (because people don't like to download custom assets in Planet Coaster - me included), but they really improved the gazebo scenes (background directly from game files) and the finale in Narayan (custom textures extracted from the game itself of the blue wall panels with the veins)

    Theming is on point. Very beautiful. I would have loved to see some custom supports, but other than that excellent work!!!

    • @BradHamiltonVideo
      @BradHamiltonVideo  3 года назад

      Thanks - There are a few custom supports, but they are disguised to look like the default ones (to deal with places where I didn't like the default supports but it also looked funny to have no support). I assume you mean more Myst-like supports (maybe built from wood or something)?

    Decided to go a bit smaller in scale this time around, eh? Still a fun and well crafted creation, as one would expect from your talent in PC. I've never played the game, so nothing about the details displayed made any sense to me, but it was enjoyable nonetheless.

    • @BradHamiltonVideo
      @BradHamiltonVideo  3 года назад +1

      Thanks - yes something smaller scale this time - the original plan was for it to be much longer as there are additional worlds in the game but I cut those off and am considering doing them separately

    This was amazing. Did you make all in Planet Coaster? What was your process like for making Jnanin?

    • @BradHamiltonVideo
      @BradHamiltonVideo  3 года назад +2

      Yes - All in planet coaster. For J'nanan, I roughly estimated the size of the central round building, and then used that scale plus a map I found on the internet to measure out all the landmarks. Then I built and placed each one. Basically, I carved it up into a grid and then populated it for each of the assets, I used pictures plus the game (I have a copy), plus a utility I downloaded that allows my to rip all the graphical assets from the game files (so I can look at static pictures and vids). For the tusks, I started with a round cylinder, but slightly bent outwards. Then I copied one piece upwards and and then made a large cylinder. If your want more detail on something, let me know. I'll be posting the Planet Coaster file tomorrow on Steam and you can also look at each asset yourself.
