I forgot to explain the reason I sprinkled cocoa over the baking paper - it was to prevent the cake from sticking to the paper, I hope that makes sense 😉

That looks good... Nobody needs gluten-free with us, I can simply convert the flour into normal, even with other cakes...😘Thanks Lee
