How to replace a kitchen soap dispenser

Never actually had a soap dispenser that worked and recently changed out the faucet to a brushed nickel finish which in turn gave more reason to change out the soap dispencer.
I looked through online options and came across this style of soap dispenser that didn't have a separate container that had to be filled and threaded on each time the soap runs out. It uses a rubber cap that seals over the various different bottle design and a tube goes directly into the container with no need to transfer the soap to another container.
This was a quick change and went so much faster than I was anticipating.

Hi there. I already have an existing bottle sink soap dispenser that I want to replace. My challenge is that it has a corroded old nut (the one under the sink) that I don't know how to remove. It's in a difficult location also as it's on the left corner of the sink. Is there a special tool I can use to remove the nut and is it available in hardware stores?
