I will be using this layout for faith journaling. I want to set up the months and get it ready for the new year. I am using the mini planner this year and I need more space.
So my struggle with horizontal is listing appointments. I see you added a box sticker and wrote vertically, which is why I use a vertical planner. I don’t say this in a snarky way, I just struggle with horizontal for this reason. I don’t journal so it’s been a struggle for me to use this layout efficiently. Thank you for the video.
I think there are just different ways to make it work for different purposes. We are adding functional stickers to spreads anyway, so we can definitely use them to increase the functionality of a layout that doesn't work exactly how we want it to. That being said, if it doesn't work for you, definitely stick with what does!
I was thinking of using this layout to do the "one line a day" trend so I can come back to it each year and add another line (probably 3-5 years) and another place to decorate. the ones I've used before had no place to decorate or add anything.
I use this layout as a daily journal just to reflect at the end of the day and wite out the things for which i am gt3atful. Or if something funny happened.
I I do love the horizontal! It’s perfect for daily journal and scripture writing, so I have 2 dated horizontal planners that I Frankenplan with.

The horizontal layout was the first layout I used in my Scooby Doo planner back in the day!
