For meals and health tracking, I like the block layout paired with your wellness insert. Vertical has always been perfect for my catchall, appointments, events, etc! Plus, vertical is frankly the most fun to decorate for any occasion.

I used the vertical layout for years. Top box was tasks, middle box was time-related (appointments or obligations), bottom box was miscellaneous (menu planning usually). But last year I switched to the dashboard layout because my life is less complicated. Love your vids!!❤

I prefer a horizontal layout but sometimes I like to mix it up with a vertical here and there. When I do a vertical it's usually for weekly spreads on what my appointments are, the tasks of the day, and some inspirational quote. I have found that by using the horizontal layout I feel like I have more room to be creative.

Vertical is what I use. I put in a list of meds to be checked off when I take them. I use the rest of the space for things that happened or any scheduled items, including ball games I'm following and the scores. Retired makes it less organized and more creative chaos!! ⚾️

I frankenplanned four sections in my planner. I use the vertical layout for appointments, events, kiddo activities, errands, and general tasks.
I use a dashboard layout for home and finances, your lined vertical layout for health and wellness, and your quad layout for journaling.
Thank you for all these ideas. I love this series! ❤

@@ScrappyWife I found it on Etsy. I had never seen it before. I could send it to u if u want. It has sections almost like the vertical but there’s 4 instead of 3 and the top is labeled “today” then “focus” then “to do” and then the bottom one isn’t labeled… I’m not sure when it was released but it works well with my adhd. I would love to decorate it tho

@@user-sh8nh8jt5jI remember that layout. It’s basically a wellness layout but with different labels for everyday planning. Might be helpful to lookup wellness layout decor videos
