Great information video! Question- I was playing with the settings on mine the other day and I got the flames to turn off but the top and bottom light remained on. We liked the setting as it provided cool light without the flames. I can remember how I got it to that setting. Do you know how to do this? Thanks

Hello. We've checked both the remote and the app, and we have not found a way to have the accent lights on without the flames. There are other models that do this, but we have not seen it on the Ignite series. Sorry we can't help you out with that!

You have good information but, good god, why would you film this from that angle?!!! All you see is the reflection of yourself - it's a complete distraction from the fireplace which should be your focus. You can do better.

The interior of the Ignite fireplaces has a mirror, so it's impossible to get rid of all the reflections. In this case, we are showing the controls, so the view of the fireplace is less important. When we're showing features, we try to minimize the glare and reflections where possible. And when shooting flames only, we take the video in the dark. If we shoot this video in the dark, you won't see what you need to see. Look up our other videos on this series, to see features.
