Hey!!! I was the “other lighting guy” on this tour! 20 something years later and still one of my favorite bands ever to work for! Mike is still one of the best and most fun dudes I have worked with!
Saw this show in Denver on this tour. One of the best shows I've ever seen. Plus, Rammstein was the opener for the tour! their first US tour.

I witnessed magic in Calgary under a year ago.. PIG was supposed to headline Terminus Fest. But because of ASININE and poorly communicated new laws, Watts wasn't able to enter Canada (I know, I know.. holy fucking wow). Schultz had a family emergency. So basically En Esch was left with no other option (with the support of the promoter) to cobble together a band with about 48 or less hours to go. En Esch lucked out. Eric Gottesman was there (as a spectator, for once!) and I had lent my keyboards to ANOTHER band that weekend (the night before). The end of that night the band who used it asked if I could leave it for another night. I had no issue with that. Little did I know it would be part of what was likely the coolest Terminus Fest experience ever. Whether it was a PIG song, a KMFDM song, Slick Idiot, or just En Esch material, the whole set was electric. He naturally led us through memory lane and then some.
This was like their all star team. Although they were missing Watts, this was one of the best videos I've found on screwtube. Some things are simply impossible to find. Then this comes along and puts a smile on my face.

This tour was really good. Ive seen KMFDM so many times. Now, their music seems to lack the intensity of 90s
Lord knows who will see this, but I was at the Philly show on this tour the night before Thanksgiving in 1997. Not only did we get as the opener, but had Ogre and Skold too. The show is seared into my brain. If only we had the tech then to record properly. Then again, perhaps we wouldn't remember it so fondly.

I was 19 and the show blew my mind.
My buddy and I showed up at the venue early with time to kill (drove from a small town 5hr away... 5hrs EACH way).
I saw Sascha outside and he sighed my %$#!× CD.
I was stunned and told him that he mede my day.
He replied "If this makes your day, then it makes my day too!"
I was so stoked that I did't even care about the shiw

Damn, I remember when I was a little edgy teenager in middle school I used to love Eric and Dylan, and thanks to them I found out about KMFDM.
Nowadays I think Eric and Dylan were fucking pathetic, good thing they killed themselves.
