    I’m not saying it’s a bad thing but I was amazed at percentage of immigrants there was. Looks like Toronto will be in trouble if immigration goes down

      Downtown Toronto is particularly diverse as the Universities are so close by, and of course is a meeting point between neighbourhoods.
      You've also noted an emerging economic issue that Canada is working to balance, and that's how to grow an economy coupled with population growth (predominately through immigration and international students).
      Either way I've never felt Yonge & Dundas so alive. It's become one of Canada's most exciting 'public' spaces.

      Cool. Not saying it’s a problem just surprised. I always heard Toronto is more diverse than nyc but didn’t believe it till now.
