This was fascinating. I am 50 years old. I have always identified as a bisexual female. When I was dating women, I found myself thinking I could possibly be trans. The role I have in my current relationship is as a cis female in a hetero marriage. I have never had those thoughts again. I certainly feel that when I was in a lesbian relationship, I was encouraged to be more masculine. I have embraced my male partner and his masculinity and I now feel comfortable in my own femininity. I definitely think society can cause us to think things about ourselves that isn't true. I'm happier now than I have ever been in a lesbian relationship. I can finally be myself.

Kinda sounds like you did in reverse what my lesbian friends did: most had early relationships with men and tried to fit the heterosexual female gender roles. Only in lesbian relationships did they finally feel like themselves

definitely! Those in the "community" celebrate diversity as supposed progress, but the younger generation in particular is overwhelmed by what they can be today and are pushing themselves into roles that they ultimately are not

I really appreciate the 2 of you. Thank you for educating me and for standing up for women and children.

Yeah, just keep a blind eye to the fact women like buck go into the bathroom with your sons in a country that says women can get consent from boys as young as 12. That’s actual case law, by the by, where Marka Bodine and Colleen Hermesmann and countless other women avoided prison because biological women are allowed to get consent for boys of any age.

I think it’s because they are women that they support women and children- because they understand how it is for women

Darleenberg1786 thank you to both in this comment, for standing up and protecting Women. Just wish when our lord Jesus arrives, and he will, all this confusion can be put right, Our Heavenly Father created beautiful bodies of Man and Woman only. Pray for the confused and lost souls of his creation. All have to face him alone and listen to what he says when the time comes. Amen. Happy New Year to you and all who are struggling with life's decisions.✝️🙏🕯️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️

Beautiful conversation! I actually sent this to my heterosexual girl friend because I think the discussion about masculinity will be valuable to her in her relationship with a man.
Thank you both for continuing to the difficult and necessary work. All the love.

My wish is that people don’t rush the process. Especially children. Hope you feel better soon. These interviews are so vital. Thank you.

You and your guest are the voices of reason that we need in this current climate! We need to hear these stories to help with acceptance of those who lead different lives than we would choose, when all we see in media are the crazies.

This is so good, thank you! I'm loving the conversations you are sparking Aaron. I totally get it, I'm 55 now and wonder how life may have been so different if I'd got that beard I always wanted and got rid of the boobs that have weighed me down and drawn a lot of attention I would have happily done without... mmm some of my friends are lesbian separatists, and others rad fems, and some normies too and we're all for the most part GC so you might imagine the different perspectives! Love it.
Again, thank you so much for the discussion. The reasons men might and the reasons women might wish to medically transition are poles apart. I appreciate the honesty. Undecided on whether that sort of "health care" should be available to be honest. I worry so much for vulnerable people getting caught up. Anyhoo, cheers.
BTW Aaron you followed me back on X the other day and I was so chuffed. ☺
Watching on from Australia. Wish you both all the very best for 2025

This is the most educational video I have watched regarding gender/sexuality...especially autogynephilia...explains so much, but seems to be something no one discusses. Aaron Kimberly is so well spoken with a superior vocabulary and knowledge base! Thanks Buck for this discussion!!

This is important, and it should be gatekeeping for children but also for adults that are survivors of complex traumas. I have Complex PTSD, Dissociative disorder along with bodydysmorphia from severe trauma. And they let me through and start transitioning without a day of Traumatreatment. The reason for transitioning in the end, was a really dark one. And I could relate a lot to what Caputo said in the other video awhile back. This is an issue all over the western world. And we need to talk about it, without hatred. ❤‍🩹

It seems so many kids are out there suffering from PTSD and no one is truly listening or trying to help them.

I am also a survivor of complex trauma. I transitioned 14 years ago at the age of 38. I sometimes wonder if I made the wrong choice. I had therapy but not really the correct kind. I felt like I was rushed along in the process. In hindsight, there wasn’t much gatekeeping, even then. And there is even less now. I’m happy in my current form but I worry about health effects for the longer term.

You don't know what gender identity is... Complex trauma and childhood do not preclude someone from having a gender identity distinct from the gender identity they're presumed to have or assigned at birth or near birth... As a baby can be assigned a sex multiple times.... Intersex voices making that really clear.

Thank you both so much for this wonderful discussion and sharing of information. I’ve been watching Buck ever since I found the first video with Blaire. My adult daughter said she was trans, 3 years ago. She is married to a man and I didn’t get what she was talking about. She is on the spectrum and has PCOS and high testosterone naturally. I would not care and would love her the same regardless of the gender stuff. As my kid, she knows that I have had friends, gay, lesbian and trans-woman (all the surgeries) and I don’t care about that stuff. I realized she was down the internet trans rabbit hole during all of COVID. I tried to get her to watch Blaire and Buck, ‘cause you guys actually make sense, but she was too far gone. Said nasty stuff about you. ☹️ She wanted the pronouns and I refused. She still has her ‘deadname’ on her email account so I can send money. I figure she’s not that mad about it. 😂. I am learning to understand. Just thank you. Sending you both Love 💕 and appreciation.

Interesting discussion. I was dx'd with PCOS and never really thought about a connection to bisexuality until I got my hormones sorted out and that f to f attraction sort of wained. I have always been feminine but tend to be the protector, the one to check the oil, the one to lift heavy things and check for boogeymen. I struggle to allow my husband to do the 'traditional' manly man stuff because that is who I was for my girlfriends. ... it's complicated ya'll. Best we can hope for is someone willing to love us and grow and change with us over time.
