Through this course you will learn about computerised terminology, translation theory, localisation, community interpreting and digital methods in language and discourse, as well as running your own simulated translation bureau.
You will also have the choice of developing your translation skills through one or two languages from Chinese, French, German, Irish, Japanese and Spanish.
Many of our graduates have gone on to work as professional translators in diplomatic services, European and international organisations, translation agencies and in bilingual and Irish language media.
