    Nice to see you successfully tap that stock bung on the cheap. I'm not a deft hand in the garage so hopefully a shop can get that done for me for far less than what the OEM tapping kits cost.

    Michael, great content as usual. Cant wait for the next part. Good engineering skills and value with the correct parts $300 or $30 no brainer, well done. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    does this work with the commander 5 that is what I have on my Harley Davidson road king but my Harley is a 2005 doesn't have 02 sensor and iam having some problems with the commander 5 probably the air fuel mixtures like stumbling ever once in awhile would this fix these problem does this unit adjust all the time on its own to keep the bike running good .

    • @sstressfl
      @sstressfl  2 года назад

      Yes it works on the PCV but it requires o2 sensors. Unless you are an experienced welder, you'll need someone to weld o2 bungs into your exhaust in the right spot so you can mount the sensors. But once its all connected and you program it for your desired fuel ratio(s) it'll adjust your bikes fuel as you ride. I'm completely sold. Had to be the best thing since sliced bread :) If you're serious about it, call Fuel Moto. They do a LOT of Harley work and they are dynojet.power commander/auto tuner experts. They might be able to help you with your current tune. www.fuelmotousa.com/

      It’s still staring at me! After filling the house with fiberglass resin smell the first time I haven’t gotten back to it. I could do it outside in the summer but when it’s nice and I have time I’m riding. I simply haven’t made it a priority. But it would be nice to finish it up. Maybe someday 😎

      @@sstressfl I bought one from Amazon for like 20.00 and it works fantastic. Smoke color and looks like it should have came factory.

    I just got off the phone with Dynojet and they said “ you have to keep existing 02 sensors plugged in to pcv and drill new holes for auto tuner”. Is that true?

    • @sstressfl
      @sstressfl  2 года назад

      It depends on what bike you have.... the PCV for the 2015 GSXS750 came with an 02 sim included with instructions to unplug the 02 and plug in the o2 sim. Which I did. And it worked great. When I bought the Autotuner, it came with a wide band 02 sensor that is required to operate the autotuner. It is an 18mm diameter and it required that I install it in the exaust in the exact location where the stock o2 resides. So I installed it in the same hole after I drilled it out. And wired it up. It works flawlessly. My bike has never run better. Perhaps on newer bikes what they are telling you is true. Here are the instructions for my bike: www.cyclegear.com/assets/0001/1453/dynojet_power_commander_v_suzuki_gsxs7502015.pdf see step 11 and 12 especially where it says "The stock O2 sensor will not be connected to anything at this time. It can be
      removed from the exhaust if desired and if you have a way to plug the hole left in
      the exhaust."

      @@sstressfl hi thanks for replying. Oh ok. I have a 2021 Harley street glide special. It just seems odd that I would need both units to read the exhaust. You think he might be wrong? Iam still gonna investigate. I enjoyed your video thanks for posting it.

      Hey man, I have done it before and I am aware of the change but I wont remove a cat from any vehicle these days. While I am a huge fan of hp, I also like cleaner air. A cat will convert carbon monoxide (poison) to carbon dioxide (still poison to the earth but less poison to humans) and remove hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxide (bad for your health ozone stuff) into safer air stuff. Anyway, I am aware, I just chose not to. Peace man!
