My first cargo service van was a 2.5k mile delivery van in silver. Paid about $3,000. for it. Painted white for about $300. Bought ladder wracks for about $400. Built my own modified wracks inside from home depot. That van (mule) made me over $750,000 in 4 years. 2004..hvac.
I nice set up dude. I recommend a vehicle tracker with battery backup and hot wire bypass plug, if you don’t have them already, to protect your hard earned assets.
Good Job and you saved a heck of a lot of money on pre-fab shelving.....Back in my prime, my trucks all had custom shelving and tool boxes etc....All of them were hard to actually work out of. Now days, the best that works for me is all my hand and basic cordless tools lay on the damn floor in flat open trays. I keep a bunch of "pack outs" for basic parts and all my big tools like drain snakes, camera, threaders I leave at the shop and just go pick up when needed. Simple but light, fast and easy.
This is what you want to see pulling in your driveway when calling a plumber. Or any type of specialist. Neat looking, organised tools. Good tools and organising goes a long way.
That’s a great idea I was looking to remove one of my shelf’s that broke in my Nissan NV I think this is exactly what I’m going to do please put you long video up thanks
I’ve been considering how to do this in a Jeep Cherokee with my pack-outs but hanging the plate horizontally and using the shallower depth pack outs- I’m not carrying near as many tools as a home inspector. Nice job!
Nice job. There’s a thousand different ways to set up a work van. None are wrong as long as they stay up. Ask me how I know 😂. My vehicle of choice now is a retired wheel chair mini bus. Front and rear air and heat. Stand up room front to back. Low platforms and a huge rear door. Best of all wheelchair lift that now lifts my sewer machines generators water heaters and anything else my back doesn’t like. For shelving I bought used lockers. You can lay them down or stand them up depending on the storage you are making. The bus already has a built in channel that unistrut inserts fit right into to bolt everything in. Never going back to pickups or vans again.
i ran into a plumber putting in a rack system in the home depot parking lot. he said it saves him a bunch of trips. I actually thought it was a great idea!!
Are you happy with your design? I was thinking about copying your idea with my new transit. I would like to make a wall of packout drawers. Does your unistrut loosen over time? I was thinking maybe a few tac welds to hold it all in place. I like the platform idea to get above the wheel wells.
Imma send you a resume. I’m ready to join the plumbing industry. Mind you I have no training or schooling, but I can learn that on the job right??? 😂 just kidding man, love the content and it’s actually helped me out on a few jobs my self. Be well!
"Hey boy back in my day we didnt have forums to gander at, we just made shelves to suit our needs"😂😂
Still do. Turn pt cruiser into a flatbed truck. Ain't no diagram for redneck or backwoods shit
How hell are my comments getting mixed in different videos wtf

That little bit of wiggle is what makes the world go round. It’ll be OK…

Looks good man! Uni-strut is so damn versatile 👍 don't tick off the wife TOO much 🤕
Good luck. I don't think it will last long.
@@jasondonnelly8940I'm guessing no1 pays you to think
So what’s your reason for not lasting long? The wood?
I’m not a plumber, but I want a van and tools like yours now 🔥 keep up the dope content my boi
I love the “my wife is getting pretty pissed” part I feel ya brother. 😂
I sent this to Milwaukee Tool. Guys like this are literally free advertising. Hope they hook him up if not already.
“None of those guys had any idea what they were talking about”

That degree of organization just makes my brain smile!
Hey boy. The van looks good 👍
Hey boy, I never needed more tools than would fit in mUh back pocket for any job.

Looks great, shows that plumbers are the most knowledgeable, able to excel in all trades
Lol the “wife was getting pretty pissed” I feel you bro mines the same way 😅
I nice set up dude. I recommend a vehicle tracker with battery backup and hot wire bypass plug, if you don’t have them already, to protect your hard earned assets.
And an Apple AirTag well hidden
The boxes are all empty, can't afford the tools 😢

That van actually looks pretty cool I'm thinking about buying a van stuff pickup truck pickup trucks are too damn expensive anymore
Hey Boy! Back in my day, we didn’t use that European metric screws, and only used American sized screws
That’s a great idea I was looking to remove one of my shelf’s that broke in my Nissan NV I think this is exactly what I’m going to do please put you long video up thanks
I think I have the same van as you and I was able to put 40 drawers boxes plus 30 of the screws organizer. Now I don’t have any mess in the van.
Very nice setup and gear
NOOOOOOOOOOO!…. The guys on the forums had idea what they were talking about?!… who would’ve thought
Good work brotha! you got it man anything you put your mind to you achieve!! Awesome
It's nice you were able to get your boxes nice and tight against the wall so there is no wasted space like some shelf systems
Hey boy, couldn't you use that Pro-press on those Uni-Struts 😅
Hey boy.... Looks fantastic! 😂
Dude that thing is nice!
That’s awesome dude! Looks good!
Great job! Thanks for the video. More like this would be awesome.
Lol love when you mock haters.
Looks great.
Always buy more than you think you'll need from HD.
It's all about that third trip to HD to get the job done.
In Germany we use Sortimo, it's that simple
I was looking for a shelves system and my last quote was $8750 😢
Thanks you just solved my problem ❤
I'm a Milwaukee guy but Jesus Christ you got one hell of a rig
Excellent job. You did great!
A Milwaukee catalog exploded in your van. Nice work.
Yup I keep my van nice and tidy!
I’ve been considering how to do this in a Jeep Cherokee with my pack-outs but hanging the plate horizontally and using the shallower depth pack outs- I’m not carrying near as many tools as a home inspector. Nice job!
Looks fire great job
Hey boy, a hard right turn may prove to need straps to keep them pretty red boxes on those cool shelves.
Hey boy that’s a great job
Hey boy that looks pretty damn good boy!
GODBLESS BOY
Lol felt that on the wife bein pissed cuz you too busy doing projects 😂😂
The fight against the metric system is a holy crusade.
That clean... add the supports all is good 👍 👍
Good job man
Oh that's genius I'm going to try this
"My wife is getting pissed"
LJS and cheesecake should turn that frown... around. 😁
Your channel is awesome 👌
That looks great, brother. It will surely make it easier when you go to the jobsite. Hope your business grows exponentially!!!
Man looks good bro
I gotta see more of this. I'm going to be updating the shelving in my transit. The Sortimo stuff I have is on its last legs after 7 years of hard use.
Yo I like ur vids but I swear the “aye boy” voice & the screechy voice are stars 😂😂
For a moment there I thought it was going to be a video without any other voices
You crack me up and i would be the voice guy.
Bro! Killing me… my lady already knows when I say I’m going to organize my truck it means I’m out for the 2/3 of the day and she’s instantly mad… 😅
Love the videos brotha!
Looks good! 👍🏻
How do you organize your cordless battery charging?
Hey boy nice job .
An idea. A shelve you can pull out to access your packout without entering your van 😊
van looks great bro...!!
I love uni-strut

Clean, just like your work
Appreciate that
Looking good!
That's faaakin awesome!!!

Looks like the Milwaukee man made a visit.

nice install! I hope you have some heavy stuff (or a real big driver!) on the other side to counterbalance.
Did you put locktight on the bolts? I would believe they would come loose due to the vibration from the van and roads...just a thought...
Trades are definitely different within the 4 industry's. I am new construction guy.
Wife is gettin pretty pissed😂😂😂
Man I’d like to show you my transit. I make slots for each Milwaukee box. Along with a work Bench and tool box.
If you live in Cali, say bye bye to everything if you leave the truck outside
That looks real good
Thank you!
Interested to see if that kindorf will bend or not. But nice work. You should make a shelf just for plaster.
You need more support boiah
Imma send you a resume. I’m ready to join the plumbing industry. Mind you I have no training or schooling, but I can learn that on the job right??? 😂 just kidding man, love the content and it’s actually helped me out on a few jobs my self. Be well!
If you paint it, then it becomes a maintenance issue later.
Yeah I wouldn't paint it. It's plywood, who cares.
My wife gets just as mad lol...they despise organization 😂
I got a uninstrut pipe rack on driver side
Hey Boy! A clean van is better than any hush puppies Boy!
Hey boy, why do you need so many tools? Back in my day I had a single wrench and a bic lighter.
So do you work for a company or do you own your own.
Hecate citing the plywood supported like that as it could pinch the blade and make it jump.
I've considered pack outs but I guess I'm fortunate I don't have to haul half my van inside a job site. My van is my tool box.
A Milwaukee man
$1600 in just the drawer pack outs, man is living every plumbers wet dream lol oh and send a pro press!
