I keep saying that the final is open and that i'd be totally fine with at least 6 or 7 songs wining, but yeah i just want and need Luke Black at this point. Also agree about Ivona, she was amazing, loved the staging, the rap with Dzipsii, and she also seems to be a really nice and cool girl. Just watched her interview with wiwibloggs and she's a real eurofan staning Loreen Kaarija and Blanka Paloma ❤
I'm GENUINELY surprised Eegor didn't get through. Me and some others were genuinely LOVING his performance. He hit those notes and the staging is more bonkers than Luke Black! The Teddy Bears are a staple of many of his songs over the last year it seems. Whilst I prefer the staging of Luke, Filip is a guilty pleasure and I can see a moment where EVERYONE is singing 'Novi Plan Drugi San' at Liverpool!
I think Eegor was a bit of a Konstrakta actually. But at the same time i found it too weird for my liking. There’s a lot of alternate pop this year as well.

SF 1 was much stronger as there wasn't anyone in SF 2 I necessarily * needed * to qualify. My worry is that Luke, Filip, and Filarri will cancel each other out. They have to share points from the same demographic pool, which in turn will allow someone like Hurricane or Zejna to swoop in and take the win simply by virtue of representing the subgenres that Serbia traditionally tends to send ("female bops" and "ethno bops" respectively) and by not having any real competition for the points within those subgenres. That 9-13 running order cluster isn't helping either 😭. Here are some random observations I had: -Filarri looked at Rasmus and WRS from last year and said "Yes!". As a fan of yellow and black-yellow color combination I highly approve. -I don't care what anyone says, I liked Gift last year and I like Gift this year. Sure, it's not Eurovision material, but I like their look, I like their vibe, and that's my Serbian Joe Romersa right there. -Frajle screams " jury defibrillated us into the final". -Dzipsii is competent and cheek-pinchingly adorable but, I agree with you, I wanted a better song for him. -I found Eegor interesting, both vocally and performance-wise, but I think those teddy bee-bears were what ultimately did him in. -I'm very surprised about Egret (you were puzzled about his name in one of your other videos-yes, you were unknowingly right about the origin of his name, he said it was a nickname he got during his studies in America because some girl thought he looked like an egret 😂). He seemed like such an obvious jury favorite with his beautiful voice. I can only assume that he must've done disastrously bad in the televote.
Yea that’s a good point about the cancellation. This final is way more boy heavy - i think I counted 10-4 boys v girls so girls defo have an advantage for standing out. I can’t see hurricane winning with that flat staging. But yea the lgbt vote could be split. I still think Luke will win that sector tho
i love him and his performancwe, i wish the song had a few more levels. it felt like a slowed down version of a faster song. but hes super talented, wanna see him come back again
Eegor was like a fever dream, which was interesting to experience once but I really don't want to see that performance again... though the song is a little bit in my head, it's interesting. I really wish Duo Grande never went through, that song is a Frankenstein, my ears are bleeding. I don't think it's interesting or cute, it's a nasty concoction. The best I can say about that performance is that guys have good voices, but I am neither a fan of opera nor the type of singing the other guy did. This is a big No for me, but some people must have voted for it... probably some who are hoping to prank Esc's audience and think this would do it.
Dzipsii won the night (for me) with a mesmerizing performance. He lived the music in his body, and it was electric.
