I would recommend using sunscreen on a daily basis (to prevent UV damage), limiting facial expressions (to avoid wrinkles), shaving (to look younger), exercising and eating healthy (to avoid getting fat). However, in society, women are judged by their physical appearance whereas men are judged by their status (net worth, standing in society). Hence, the best way for a man to appear more attractive to women is to increase his net worth!

I'm a very tall guy and I'm actually jealous of smaller men. It is way easier for them to find clothes than it is for me, especially because I'm skinny and tall, not big and tall
That photo of you with slightly shorter hair, glasses and a suit make you look a little older and more refined. Maybe I'm just envious. Women do seem to like men best in a suit rather than casual clothes. Just don't go Full Raphiel!
