You're not the first reactor to lose their seating on listening to Diana Ankudinova ;) She's a stunningly talented young lady. Totally original. You almost have her name right, just de-emphasise the "o" in "nova" to and "uh" sound, so it is ankoo-DEEN-uhva
Yes, the judges are also participants (though one guest singer comes in each week) and winners of previous shows (and older than Diana). And, yes, Diana won. She wins everything :) There were 9 performances over 9 weeks. "The Crow" and "Personal Jesus" and "Oh, it is Not yet Evening", and "The Way" are also very good performances from this show which ended last month.
Diana released her first album a couple of weeks ago. She's been singing from a very young age, with online videos aplenty from even before her aged 14 - so, yes, you have a lot to watch ;)
There's some good interviews and pieces on her life, but a documentary, movie, and book are all certainties if this young lady continues to rise...and with her talent, the world is her oyster...

I bet you you'll be very surprise to know that they are the rest of contestants in this program or TV show (not judges) however they are recognized singers and artists in Russia and other countries, besides Diana my favorite was Yulia parshuta, She is amazing and so talented as well I invite you to watch her performances in this program as well, my favorite are " Cindirella" and " Human" the last one was singing as well by Diana when she was only 15 years old! 😍

First and foremost, get a good pair of headphones so you can really appreciate the music. She is 18 so very early in her development as a female singer, but I believe she is already a true polyphonic contralto, {rare}, with amazing range and control. I hope that as she matures, she will transition into a full dramatic contralto, {very rare}. The judge standing on the top row with the beard and tears in his eyes is Yusif Eyvazov who is married to Anna Netrebko, both well-known and respected opera singers. What does it say about her performance if she could move him to tears?

Music is intended to work on an emotional level. This performance hits the emotions directly and hard, I cry every time! It's a Masterpiece on it's own but add in the presentation, the stunning graphics and a vision of a very attractive young Lady and what more is there?
The answer is more performances from this series. The Crow and Personal Jesus are particularly good but the big take away is how versatile she is. Spoiler alert! obviously she won.

On this NTV channel, a regular program "Mask" was carried out earlier. What did she do? She went up and gave them each a hug! You have to watch it...she is mesmerizing even at that young age...

Это шоу проходит по следующим правилам: 9 участников, 9 выпусков, 9 жанров. Судей нет, кроме 1 приглашенного. Все участники в каждом выпуске оценивают выступления других по 9 балльной системе. (Себе баллы ставить нельзя). Приглашенный гость (в данном случае это оперный певец Юсиф Эйвазов) тоже имеет 9 баллов, которые может присудить одному или несколькими певцам. После выступлений баллы суммируются и определяется победитель выпуска. Хочу добавить, что при оформлении сцены использована технология виртуальной реальности а не декорации в привычном варианте. The lady in red is one of the other performers--it was a round robin where the judges and performers are the same and take turns evaluating each other. It was a nine week competition in which they all became good friends as well as rivals. Diana was voted the winner by her fellow participant. As I said in my first comment, she rips open a door to another dimension.

Я уже писал это и повторюсь: нам всем повезло жить в эпоху Дианы Анкудиновой, она просто невероятный талант. В нашей стране была эпоха Аллы Пугачевой, но она давно перестала быть певицей, и теперь настала новая эпоха, причем Пугачева была только нашей звездой, а Диана - мировая звезда. Никто в мире не может не то что так же спеть, а даже похоже не получится.

Diana sang this Elvis Presley song in the first episode of the 'Шоумаскгоон' (ShowMASKgoon) competition. Diana is the youngest participant (18 ys) and with her first song she tore the participants and viewers from their seats.
9 winners of the previous shows 'The Mask', 'Superstar' and 'Du bist Super' take part in this new format and they have to sing in 9 categorys: Folk-Hit, Song at the End of the 20th Century, Soviet Song, Pop-Hit, Song of your Choice, New Music, Song from Cartoon or Film, Rock-Hit, Grammy
The man who jumps up is the famous opera singer Yusif Eyvazov and husband of the world-well known opera singer Anna Netrebko. He is a guest of honor and representative of the operatic genre in this first episode of the competition.
Those competitors have to evaluate each other and they have praised Diana in the highest tones: “Diana has no competition on the show, she amazes with her talent, it is impossible to tear yourself away from her, you want to listen endlessly, they have tears in their eyes and are even afraid to blink”.
8 out of 9 participants (Diana cannot give herself any points) gave Diana the highest number of points (9). She won the first episode. I'm looking forward to the next episode, next saturday.
