Ryuga NoRosa there’s literally NOTHING that implies the lake trio summoned giratina, Cyrus’s actions caused giratina to become angry and therefore summon him. and would you say “interesting” if the devil appeared in front of you?
Ryuga NoRosa Giratina is literally confirmed to be the devil of the pokemon world, maybe YOU should replay it if you somehow don’t understand that. You seriously can’t take a joke for shit, maybe read the comment before you comment your own stupid remarks, i wouldn’t have put Interesting in bold and spaced it out, sHeEsH.
@Ryuga NoRosa wasn't giratina banished to the distortion world by Arceus, who is confirmed by the Pokédex to be the Pokémon equivalent of God? If I'm remembering correctly, God sent an angel to Hell. That angel became Satan. Arceus sent Giratina to the Distortion World, which could be seen as the Pokémon equivalent to Hell, so that would imply that Giratina is the angel sent to hell, hence him being the devil, or Satan.
@Ryuga NoRosa I have played the game. I'm making biblical references because that's how I see it. Giratina can also be considered the Devil because he took Cyrus, a bad guy, to the Distortion World. Yes the Bible never said god created others who made willpower, emotions, and intelligence. Neither did he make ones who control space, time, and antimatter. I made those references to say that Arceus is undeniably the Pokémon God, and Giratina is it's counterpart, which would make it the Devil. Even it's design gives off the aura that it's meant to be evil in some way. Also, just because you think someone is wrong about the origins of a Pokémon, doesn't mean they haven't played the game. Platinum was one of the first games I ever played, so I'm pretty sure I would've had it in mind what happens.

@@Macarow I recently decided to go through my old Platinum version, and I saved BEFORE fighting the E4 (so if I lose, I can SRS without losing money - basically, one-shotted it without saving, and if I lost on any one of them, I'd have to start from the beginning)
Her intro theme is intensely good and let's you know it's serious business. In b2 I had no idea she was in the game, until I got to that villa. I metaphorically shat bricks hearing the piano, was grateful and glad to see I could say no--suddenly the Pokemon center right across the way made way more sense--but then I thought; Fuck it, let's see how hard she is. I only managed to get past spiritomb before I got destroyed because I was under leveled by 15ish levels. That's when the idea seed was planted I would buy platinum when the remakes came out. I waited and lasted 2 years and finally couldn't take waiting on remakes that didnt seem to be coming, I went ahead and bought the game. Best decision I ever made and Cynthia was harder. Despite knowing her team by this point, she is an adrenalin rush to fight: she was tougher in her original generation despite being an effective super boss in 5th gen. But she already reached super boss status in platinum if you retried the e4 and her.

The Marowak scene from Let’s Go is too much to handle, honestly between the inclusion of the baby Cubone, the obviously heartbroken look on Marowak’s face as Cubone reaches for her, Cubone’s little cries, the piano version of Lavender Town’s Gen 2 theme and the shot of the baby looking into the distance, it’s genuinely heartbreaking :(
Lance: Dragonite, Hyper Beam. Dragonite: actually uses hyper beam on that dude Me: GEEZ DUDE CHILL YOU DON’T HAVE TO KILL HIM BECAUSE HE WONT TELL YOU WERE THE TEAM ROCKET BASE IS AT! Then again that ice type elite four member in FireRed Leafgreen pretty much threatened to kill a team Rocket grunt by a ordering her lapras to use ice beam on him because he wouldn’t tell you where the stolen Pokémon were.
I unexpectedly experienced the scary/creepy part from Sword and Shield: Hammerlocke, to the right, there will be a building with stairs outside. Go up those stairs, and you will first see a woman and a child in front of a poké ball statue. To the right of that is a little girl. If you talk to her, she'll ask you to deliver a love letter to a kid named Frank in Ballonlea. However, Frank is not a kid, he's an old man. When you deliver the letter, he will talk about how he and Paula (the little girl in Hammerlocke) loved each other as kids, and she kept her illness a secret from him. They separated and never saw each other again, so he hadn't seen her at all since they were kids. After that, if you go back to Hammerlocke where the girl is, she will no longer be there. Instead, you'll find part of a Reaper Cloth, and after you pick it up, a voice will thank you for delivering the letter.

So Clefairy dancing in the moonlight is creepy and scary but the explosion in geosenge town by Lysander isn't creepy or scary at all. It's official Clefairy is the scarier than an explosion😂
It's actually insane how much Pokemon plays into the "Drifloon kidnaps, probably kills, and then impersonates kids" and "Hypno steals children for an unknown reason" lore. Even the way you help the little girl in Firered and Leafgreen is textbook "protecting someone from possible sexual assault", it's incredibly dark. That's what I love about Pokemon though honestly, it's made for kids but there's Pokedex entries and scenes in the games that scared me, creeped me out, or are just overall incredibly dark in what they infer. From the Pringles Man Pokemon whose name I can't remember who evolved from killing single people to entire ships full of people, to Cubone and Marowak possibly being descendants of a Kangaskhan baby that lost it's mother and wore her skull as a tribute, to the first 2 clone versions of Type Null being essentially tortured to death, to Ghetsis and his abusive, genocidal, psychopathic personality and actions. Ghosts are real in Pokemon besides just Ghost Pokemon. This implies that there probably is something like a soul as well and that many of those Pokemon entries aren't exactly wrong when they say that Pokemon suck your soul out, which begs the question: is there an Afterlife? Did Arceus create other realms for souls after they left their bodies? According to the Ghost Marowak cutscene, the mother moved on. Moved on where?Even the idea that there was a massive war in-universe prior to Red, Blue, and Yellow is incredibly intriguing to me. It explains why there aren't many adult males around besides old or hurt men (and military men like the Elite 4 and Lt. Surge), it explains why Professor Oak, the guy who basically discovered what the actual process of Pokemon evolution was, gave a bunch of arguable superweapons to several children, and it explains why organized crime like Team Rocket is such a big problem during the games: there's not enough police and military left to fight them all anymore
It has been more than 10 years and I still don't want to go back to the Old Chateau because of how scared I used to be because of the fact that I wasn't really used to seeing non-Pokémon ghosts in a Pokémon game.
I am actually surprised you didn't add in where in Guzma's old house there are golf clubs that are bent in ways they shouldn't be bc his parents used to beat Guzma with them. Also I cant believe how I didn't realize that Ghetsis actually assulted Lillie.

The Strange House is very creepy because the furniture moves by itself. Also there is the ghost of a little girl desperately calling out for her parents and her Abra even though she is trapped in an endless nightmare caused by Darkrai.
I know I should be acknowledging the creepiness of some of this stuff but I just love how the quality of the games get better as we progress through the games.

Why was she dressed up like a Rocket Grunt? Have a heart man! That ain't cool for Cubone and Marrowak!
That was so sad xD
Literally got an ad
I like how Elaine is just standing there like "yeah this is fine"
I really love how Trace just went over and knelt down by Cubone to comfort it ❤️
30:21 is the most terrified I've ever felt in a pokemon game
The idea of a horde of faceless men isn't as scary when you live in a world in which you can get attacked by a horde of roving stomachs.
B&W N’s room: Okay not too bad , really.
B&W2 N’s room: 😳
Felt the same way.
I played B2 alot and I never found it 😂
The Marowak scene from Let’s Go is too much to handle, honestly between the inclusion of the baby Cubone, the obviously heartbroken look on Marowak’s face as Cubone reaches for her, Cubone’s little cries, the piano version of Lavender Town’s Gen 2 theme and the shot of the baby looking into the distance, it’s genuinely heartbreaking :(
remember when lance just tried to straight up murder a guy with dragonite's hyper beam
yes
Lance: Dragonite, Hyper Beam.
Dragonite: actually uses hyper beam on that dude
Me: GEEZ DUDE CHILL YOU DON’T HAVE TO KILL HIM BECAUSE HE WONT TELL YOU WERE THE TEAM ROCKET BASE IS AT!
Then again that ice type elite four member in FireRed Leafgreen pretty much threatened to kill a team Rocket grunt by a ordering her lapras to use ice beam on him because he wouldn’t tell you where the stolen Pokémon were.
…meanwhile Rayquaza: LITERALLY KILLS DEOXYS WITH HYPER BEAM.
He also has illegal Pokémon

I unexpectedly experienced the scary/creepy part from Sword and Shield:
Hammerlocke, to the right, there will be a building with stairs outside. Instead, you'll find part of a Reaper Cloth, and after you pick it up, a voice will thank you for delivering the letter.
oh shit
I love how for the darkrai event it's a strange looking man telling you to sleep in his bed.
I have theory on that guy. He’s dead and Darkrai was the one who killed him.
@@LunaP1 I've only seen a theory that he's an illusion created bt Darkrai

They say a lot of creepy stuff like "Give me your soul" or "You shall join us". My all time favorite is "kekekekekekekeke!"
Nothing makes me cry more than that Cubone scene! 😭💔
I HATE YOU TEAM ROCKET!!!
It made me cry to 😭😭😭😭😭
Poor cubone...
F for cubone
It's even more sad now that there's a cutscene.
Bruhh cubone's mother marowak is killed by team rocket 😑
Not gonna lie, the infinite stairs in Sun and Moon got me good.

The Hypno event still scares me like the first time I played that game lmao.
It has been more than 10 years and I still don't want to go back to the Old Chateau because of how scared I used to be because of the fact that I wasn't really used to seeing non-Pokémon ghosts in a Pokémon game.

For the let’s go games, when cubone reunited with his mother, they played a soft piano version of of the hgss lavender town
I don’t know why they didn’t play that theme after the Lavender Town mission.
I know I should be acknowledging the creepiness of some of this stuff but I just love how the quality of the games get better as we progress through the games.
