Nice dude! BTW - HyperLite Moto is offering a newer version of the Easy Clutch Pull Kit that Anker redesigned to accommodate aftermarket exhausts like Belparts, etc. It replaces the right rear motor mount bracket and tucks in tight to allow for the header to pass by. Will get some coming your way...
I’ve just got an FE250 with one of those FMF 4.1s. Damn thing sounds like an old V8 TransAm when you rev it. It’s pretty cool after mt 2 stroke have to admit lol
I love that you clean your stuff as you are taking apart/before you put it back together. It makes me crazy when I see people put stuff back together dirty. Di-electric grease can actually keep connections from working if you get too much in there. It is non conducting. 2 thumbs up. Great video.
Good idea, loud bikes everywhere are getting areas shut down to ridders who enjoy the out doors. Really do not need to piss people off who go there for the quite. But, seems some people just do not care and then complain about areas getting closed.
Scott with HyperLite Moto got me all set up with the Exhaust, Intake and EJK! Thank you Tanner for all the great videos and instruction!! I absolutely love this bike and both of you have made the experience even better! Keep up the great work!
Nice work. I was curious about the Belparts as i dont like loud exhaust either. Prob go Yosh when i get around to it. I did my own airbox mod and chipped away the epoxy that secures the screen. That opening is bigger but the intake boot is not so i didn't think it really gained much. Plus i didn't want to be tied to that air filter because 10 years down the road might not be able to get it. Will always be able to get stock filter. Just my two cents. Good video bro
I love watch this type of videos, I so close to get a new bike (first bike actually) and im so anxious to modify it, it’s not a CRF but in shape its similar 😅 don’t stop the content. Greetings from Venezuela 🇻🇪 ❤
Thanks for the video. It’s not something I would do. My days of loud bikes are over. I’ll stick with Bruce’s suspension and HMoto lift kit. All of that does look like it would up the performance. I’ll look forward to seeing how it works in the real world.
You definitely can tell it has more bark with that spark arrester removed, Awesome job! The air box mod, looks like the one on the kdx200 stock cover. Idn, if yours still has that on it. Sometimes people toss that cover. I have a 95 kdx 200 and it’s on it. Can’t wait to see how she does on the hills u guys ride on. Love your videos, keep them coming.👍✌️
I was able to do the air box Performance kit with out taking the air box out but if your doing the ejk you got to take most of it off any way think about doing the ejk and exhaust next thank for the videos
I purchased this CRF250F in 2019 when it first came out,at 265 pounds it is a PIG,especially when you have to pick it up off the ground,I tore my bicep tendon and had to have it surgically repaired, just trying to pick this pig up off the ground. I sold it after that,I owned it for six months. It may not feel heavy when sitting on it or even riding it,try picking it up off the ground.
Nice video thanks, if only there was a video for the 4win kit, the design was kinda shit and destroy my air box had to buy oem air box to put all back stock. This kit look way easy to install and better desing.
Your work is very professional, I admire you Adventure Daily. I have a question: to install a Yoshimura muffler on my CRF250F, do I also have to put in those electronic parts?
This sounds so good, but what would happen if I just put the exhaust on without the bigger air filter and without the tuning kit, would it run bad or will it say the same
@@AdventureDaily you're probably right. That thing was quiet (exhaust) stock. It sounds proper now. On video it didn't seem too loud. Just louder like an MX bike.
It's impossible for me to get the spark screen for my FMF Q4, keep us updated on that Fischer screen, I'm thinking about getting it, it's just a bit pricey to me.
Fantastic video, and content in general! I have been waffling back and forth trying to decide if a 300L or 250F should be in my future. Your videos helped push me over the edge to the 250F! Subscribed! I will definitely be getting the EJK. The quandary will be in deciding on which exhaust system, if any, to go for. I'm like you, I prefer quiet. Do you have thoughts on a good option that is low-restriction AND lower dB? Cheers from Vermont, only 12 more weeks until Spring!! 🤔🥶
would you ever consider a big bore kit from force cam? that guy 771 has a few videos on it, it seems pretty nice i think thats going to be my next upgrade considering i got the yoshi yesterday
@@AdventureDailyheck your one of the reasons I added this bike to the stash a year ago brother! Got a long way to go to hit your quality! Love the videos brother! So much love and respect!
I'm no expert but the one experience I had with cutting out the screen wasn't great. Lots of popping/stalling. This was on a 84 xr500 so it may or may not apply. Thanks.
@@AdventureDaily I think the yoshi has a better sound but cant beat the results and price of the belparts prob why i already ordered one just waiting for it to come.
You usually include torque specs in your videos. Any idea of the torque spec for the header bolts? Thanks for these videos, they're amazing. Stay safe.

Thanks for the info! Happy to hear that.
Should send him some crank case breather kits too
That same exhaust is 99 bucks on Amazon js man 399 is hella marked up @AdventureDaily
You didnt want to go with the Yoshi or fmf?@AdventureDaily
That smile once it was turned over says it all! Had the same feeling installing my Yoshimura on my 250F. Good stuff!
250F content is why I am here hahah
Love to hear it!

I love that you have owned and ridden a lot more premium high performance bikes yet you get excited about your 250f
That smile when you first started it said it all! Sounds sick!
Always a pleasure to get a notification of a new video from you Tanner! Best wishes and safe riding from all of us 🇬🇧 fans
Love my Bruce suspension, but I do enjoy being a little more low key in areas so going to stick to stock for the exhaust!
Good idea, loud bikes everywhere are getting areas shut down to ridders who enjoy the out doors. Really do not need to piss people off who go there for the quite. But, seems some people just do not care and then complain about areas getting closed.
I did the same Mods to my 23'. Along with many more. Scott is a really good friend of mine here in Vermont. Absolutely love this Bike.
Thanks for the DIY! Will be doing this mod in the near future with my 2024 250F. Great content as usual!
Thanks for watching, I hope you enjoy it!

So glad you did this upgrade! By far the best video of this exhaust period!
hell yeah. Was going to potentially help my girlfriend put an exhaust on her 2024 250F, this vid will help me prep for what's under those plastics.
Nice to see a good Brazilian exhaust system. We have lot of good and cost-effective performance parts
nice work man your channel has come a long way, great camera and editing work
Thanks a ton!
Agreed. Well done brother.
Excellent install/how to video! Very detailed explanation
Thank you!!
I put that exhaust on my 250f last summer! absolutely love it!

Sickest 250f on RUclips! A vid on getting black rims on it would be sweet

Does it sound good thinking bout buying one
More Alexis vids please. She is more my height and experience level so connects with that a lot. Plus currently have XTrainer and a CRF250F.
Alexis is amazing! I wish I could clone her 😝

I'm a FMF guy but that pipe looked and sounded good , and a little loud 😊
BelParts, hell yeah. Brazilian pride.
Good stuff. Thanks much !!
Better stock up on that proprietary air filter, thats from Brazil....while you still can.

This question is open to everyone to answer
Yukon Cornelius does pipe install....lol , cool video
I’ve gotten that several times now😂
i might have to get one of these for my 250f, i've been looking for exhausts for a while now and most are always out of stock
Is it strictly necessary to put the EJK when buying the performance filter and the exhaust?
Sounds great!
Ill stick with stealth mode.
I got this pipe on my 2001 wr250f it sounds wicked
I think it sounds great! Im curious of your opinion of how much power you feel like you gained out it. 10-20% more?
I would have been curious what it sounded like with just the air box mods.
Yeah I bet you could hear more air than exhaust!
@@AdventureDaily you're probably right. That thing was quiet (exhaust) stock.
It sounds proper now. On video it didn't seem too loud. Just louder like an MX bike.
could you do a db test with/without the spark arrestor?
Where is the built 450L? I wanna see what that bike can do built with new ecm, pipe, etc. 😊
What are you using to clean with in that spray bottle?
What did you use to clean the inside of the airbox
Thats a good looking bike, i love it..what year is that bro?
Where did you get that tail light kit i need that for mine
Does the 5 speed transmission slow it down top speed wise?/ do you wish it had another gear?
If this bike had 6 speeds it would be the definition of perfection.. It's a bummer for sure but still doable for cruising around 60 mph.
Dry filter off with paper towels to eliminate excess
It's impossible for me to get the spark screen for my FMF Q4, keep us updated on that Fischer screen, I'm thinking about getting it, it's just a bit pricey to me.
Dang that’s a bummer! I’m happy with it, even thought about drilling and tapping a hole to hard mount it but it seems solid for now.
Awesome video Tanner! Quick question, any reason for going with this one over the Viola Racing Exhaust?

Any concerns about an airbox fire or is that a carburetor bike concerns? Did Scott mention anything?
Had a loud FMF exhaust on my WR250R. no real gain other than louder. I would not do that to a plonker like the 250F that has such a sweet motor.
Thought you sold it saw it on marketplace?
Sounds good! When dyno??? 😂

How many decibels is this setup?
More 250F content PLEASE
Dude I want to get this exhaust for my crf230 seen in on ebay
Would this work on a drz 125l?
Just got an AliExpress exhaust for mine 😂 wouldn't recommend those air filters tho IV seen horror stories of them failing to filter anything
Shouldn’t you let the air filter dry after dunking it in oil or is that not necessary?
Oil doesn't dry, that's the point! Keep it nice and tacky for all of the dirt and dust to stick to.
Do you have to do the airbox mod if you get the aftermarket exhaust?
I cut my baffle in half when I bout my bike they didn’t really have any aftermarket things
How much horsepower have u gained with the new exhaust?
Nice!
It would’ve been cool to do GPS 0 to 50 run before and after
We can do it with Alexis’s bike!
I wanna get that exhaust so bad
It's a unit!
@@AdventureDaily I wanna build my 2024 crf 250f what do you suggest I should do to it
What kind of riding do you like to do? @@cgaddy17

Did you change the seat of your CRF? I just bought my bike but the sit is not comfortable
Mine was the same way had to break it in good just ride it plenty and it will get better trust me
I have my 2024 crf 250f plastics that I don't need anymore, you should take them off me!
send me a DM on instagram @advdaily or email me advdailyco@gmail.com , I'd be stoked to have them, I love the new look!
Do you need the tuner for the exhaust?
Or can you just throw on the exhaust (without losing performance from stock)
No but you won't see much of a power difference, will probably be worse off especially if you don't do the air box mod.
Wanna race? Head banging mx. I'll fetch my old 89 250r, lets go.
Yeah man let's boost the performance of this air-cooled bike and have it run hotter sounds like a great idea!
You must be slow if you think letting it breathe better and get rid of hot air faster is going to raise engine temps😂
That’s just water and dish soap in the spray bottle?
Correct👍🏻
Nice
Thanks
Surprised you didn't go with a Yoshi
Gotta support my Brazilians who actually care about this bike!

Honda doesn’t have a 300F yet?
That would be sweet but unlikely, this bike will stay the same for years
I really think honda should make a crf450f i would buy it just swap a yoshimura in there and have 250r power with post apocalyptic reliability
well if ur board with ur let me know when u want to sell it 😂
Still going to sell her?
Nope!
😂
Rev limiter, not a good Idea on your valve seats

Belparts is brasilian
Looks sorta like a rebranded Lexx
Is it just me or does it just sound like a pit bike now?

10 ft. lbs should be plenty, just be sure to switch nuts and tighten equally. Thanks!
