Easy Cheesy Tomato Pasta - My family asks me to cook it every weekend!

This dish is a perfect way to surprise your family. Very simple to cook with few ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Pasta 300 gram
- 1 medium onion
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Tomato Pasta 100 gram
- Milk 150 ml
- Sour cream 150 gram
- Salt, Black pepper, Oregano, Dried tomatoes

It looks good up to the point you use that artificial mozzarella cheese, why not use fresh Buffalo Mozzarella cheese next time? It is more delicate and better flavour without the chemicals.
