Random question: Why do you run Life on Hit in your passive tree?
Because I have no sources of it otherwise. I can’t run no leech maps then. But I could just swap, TBH. In fact, next evolution of the build I pulled that point.

Ive been farming using a ice nova of frostbolts build but reallt not enjoying the skill. Without nimis and 150 div budget liqud, is this enough to get an ele hit of the autism mf build t17 capable or do i need to farm more? (Never played a bow build before and with bows so cheap this league seems like the time..)
Bow builds are not cheap
You need damage to make bow builds (any build really) feel good in T17. His bow is mirrored I believe. Without a good bow, even with good defense you will die repeatedly and it will make you not enjoy what you are doing.
Farm a bit more, on top of 150d you need nimis + progenesis and you’re good
