It's either very unlucky or stacks drop is weighted for high-end cards.

Hey snoo, have you tried the ghost juicing mechanic from last league yet? In t16s or t17s? Is it still doable or viable?
Ghosting in T17's is probably a death wish. I didn't end up trying. We get lantern mods that pre-ghost everything so that's nifty, I guess. Can't ghost back-to-basics, anyway. We don't have the scarab slots to go Torment.

i watching from 300 - 1000 and you are very veeeeeeeeeery unlucky STACK seven years STACK enlightened 1x unreq. and then STACK Fortunate and this happen multiple times like 5x or more
thats how it allways goes for the rest of us trying to copy your strats and your rng :p
so we find it has some diffrent weight of end cards fullstack..
