    I had to email them about a problem mine had during shipping and they made a video to walk me through the very simple fix. Their customer support is SOLID. And the airbrush sprays like a dream.

    There is one big problem with Gaahleri, they are putting out more awesome products than I have explanations for my wife about why I need another airbrush. Appreciate these videos. Keep up the good work.

    I got a Premium-65 GHPM, having seen it prevued on Robert's RUclips channel (Barbatos Rex). After I had used it for painting a couple of my 3d prints I retired all my other airbrushes (mid range models). I mostly spray acrylic paint. The only drew back with it was that my hand cramped up after 10 minuets or so, but that's down to age and arthurites in my joints. When the collaboration edition Swallowtail was released I had no qualms about ordering one. I used it to spray a life size sword Id 3d printed and after 20 minuets spraying with the Swallowtail my hand was showing no signs of pain or discomfort. So now I use the Swallowtail for the bulk of my spraying and the Premium-65 GHPM for the fine details. With these two airbrushes make a perfect combination for me.
    Thank you all at Gaahleri your hard work and professionalism towards your product has enhanced my enjoyment of my retirement.

    Never had any problems with my airbrushes I'm so impressed with Gaahleri airbrush. Your customer service is the best in the industry .I have a very big collection of airbrushes and now the Gaahleri airbrush is my top choice now .I will have to get some more I airbrush all day long and again Gaahleri airbrush is amazing 👏

    Great video. I also had the sputtering because my tiny “O” ring around the nozzle cap was getting twisted and wasn’t making the seal properly.

    Thank you Gaalheria for this video. I just love your customer service. I have heard of a few purchaser of having variouse, but in every case that I have read, your company has responded in a very quick manner, and have resolved the variouse issue in a psitive manner. I greatly appreciate that out of any company. Thank you once again, and please keep up the good work.

    I hear you have great customer service support. But so far I haven't had to use it as my airbrush has worked perfectly. I saw it on a Barbatos Rex Video and ordered one immediately. Love it and will be ordering more of them.

      As did I, my first Ghad-39 was a B.R. referral. Liked it so much bought one for a friend in England and he ended up becoming an Ambassador also. 2nd, and 3rd/4th Gaahlari airbrushes were from his referral links 😜

    Although I haven’t had any issues with any of my Gaahleri airbrushes
    Other than the new technology your Awesome customer service/support is well beyond excellent

      Agreed, bought both Mobius and they are the way. Makes 4 airbrushes and zero hesitation recommending them.

    Making a really good product is only part of the job, customer service is what ends up winning you the customers. Other big-name companies could really learn a thing or two from Gaahleri.

    Definitely had the sputtering 3rd time i changed colors and did clean out. Learned really quick to move that needle back before putting the tips on. ✅👍 And thanks for making wonderful airbrushes that clean so easily and quickly. Great visual tips help tremendously.

    Here is a question. The nozzle on my 98 is stuck inside the cap. Is there a way to safely Un-lodge it without damaging it? Thanks

      My suggestion is that you can soak the cap in water, then use a needle to gently push the nozzle out from the front end.

    the only problem...well was a really problem mostly a user error is that i didnt tighten the nozzle enough

    You guys have many many things to work out and fix as a brand. I have bought a few of your airbrushes and out of 5 of them 4 came with problems.
    In my case I thought maybe im just unlucky, so I took off to reddit and upon doing some research it seems im not the only one.
    In my airbrushes I noticed internal damage, pieces of metal from the airbrush inside, machines at the factory. Lack of lubrication out of the factory, lack of testing if these airbrushes are working out of the box cause 4/5 didn't work out of the box.
    You guys sell products that need to be checked, so in most of these cases people are experiencing issues that are from your end and not theirs.
    Good customer service, but the products lacks, and it shows that is from China. I imagine the Quality Control check at the factory is 0 to none. Fix that and you guys might have a chance at being a decent company.
    But for the price tags on your airbrushes, Mr.Hobby got better airbrushes and cheaper too.

      And 100% the problems come from product quality issues... come on man... no need to lie. It's a Chinese product.

We indeed cannot guarantee that every airbrush is in perfect condition, as long-distance logistics involve many uncertainties.
