Full disclosure, I'd never seen the original music video before. I watched it right after leaving this comment and wow, this is a flawless recreation.

Never thought about it lad but yeah they do

Zuckerberg has entered the chat.
David Byrne is my second guess for robot/lizard person pretending to be a human, only behind The Zuck
I mean the G-Man is heavily implied not to be human by the way he acts and his powers. I am starting to think Byrne might just be here to help us overthrow the eventual Combine invasion he will start
And so CoreyLaddo, after finishing his life's work. Retired to the country side to live out his golden years

I thought that was just chromatic abberation at first. But I guess G-man was in front of a green background then the usual techniques were used.
What is it about someone as mysterious and menacing as the G-Man that makes him so ripe for shitpost potential?
This is really good! Keep it up!
The contrast between the mystery and menace of the G-Man with the stupid shit these posts have him do is probably a big part of what makes it funny.
He's a weird and creepy old man (alien?), it just works
In the games, he's weird and a bit creepy, and is clearly working towards his own mysterious ends, which has so far culminated in him using Alyx to screw with the timeline before promptly kidnapping her. After watching and coming back to this a few times, I just noticed that you can sometimes see the slightest bit of green outlining gman’s body, as if he actually was in front of a green screen like the original.
