It, depends on how long you use the light for. Assuming a commute of 30 mins and assuming you leave the light in 'sunlight' during those 8 hours, then yes it would be enough. I park my bike inside, so i do need to charge periodically. The battery is of a good size so lasts a long time. I think i charge every 2 months approx.
Can you really put a price on your road safety... I couldn't... and I've been thrown off twice before by pedestrians in daylight that haven't seen me. Being seen and heard is rule no.1 when cycling.
