The places on this list are some of the best in the world, and they provide everything from incredible street art and parks to breathtaking vistas and fantastic music. There's a reason this city is a tourist hotspot, and you'll see it for yourself very soon. One of the best things to do in Jersey City, New Jersey, is awe at the New Jersey Central Railroad Station. Though it no longer serves as a passenger terminal, it more than makes up for its lack of modern utility in terms of its impressive size and imposing aesthetic. It's beautiful on the exterior and makes for great photo ops, but now that it's a museum, you can also go inside and take a look around. Some elements of the building are accessible despite the dilapidated state of the shelters and boat docks. It's awesome, and you'll totally dig it.
Also on the list of best things to do in Jersey City, New Jersey, is visiting the Liberty Science Center. The Liberty Science Center is a fantastic museum for kids, adults, and anybody else interested in science or space. It's a museum dedicated to science and education with hundreds of hands-on displays. Kids and adults alike will have a blast exploring and engaging with the scientific world there. If you intend to enjoy as much of Jersey City, New Jersey, as possible, staying for at least a week is ideal. The city is filled with so many things to see, do, and eat.

I grew up in JC '50s through '70s - Downtown RR Ave (Now Christopher Columbus Dr.) Amazing how it's changed, but I kind of like the old version more.

Born and grew up in Bayonne, next door to Jersey City. I loved the idea I could take the bus from Bayonne to and thru JC to West NY. Journal Square to the Path Train. Newark, Harrison….. Still love it there
