That’s not ghost loading. You get 9 shells total when you ghost load the 1301. 7 in the magazine, +1 in the chamber, and +1 ‘ghost loaded’ under the closed bolt, on the lift gate. To accomplish this: Fill the magazine, open the action, seat one shell in the chamber, then push one shell onto the lift gate and hold it down while allowing the bolt to close over it and engage the shell you previously seated in the chamber. 7+1+1=9
