    this must have been a wicked massive structure in megalithic times. I love the remnants of tubular columns, did not know those existed at this site. Thanks for sharing Brien (:

    I'm curious if the stones used in megalithic construction are found to have fossils? From the perspective of Biblical flood model creationists, that would be interesting. I'm fairly certain you don't hold to that model but its an interesting observation one way or another. Thanks, I love all of your videos, very enlightening.

      Some megalithic stones are limestone! And so do have fossils! But only from the original coral they are formed from. Most megalithic stones appear to be basalt or granite tho'... very hard stuff! ... with NO fossils ... cuz they are igneous.

    I have heard those protrusions or nobs that are on some megalithic blocks referred to as " Levering Bosses " they are used so that a crowbar won't slip off the block when they first stack the blocks . They chisel off most of them but leave a few .

    • @iMattC
      @iMattC 2 года назад

      I have been wondering about those. How would you explain seeing them on much smaller blocks, that could clearly be carried by a guy or two? There’s one of his videos he’s filming one of those megalithic walls, in a living city can’t remember which one, and in the middle of the wall someone used like 6 different sized much smaller stones that fit in the most polygonal way. And they have the “nubs” on them.
      Also there’s a Twitter guy that posts nothing but photos of those nubs on ancient megalithic sites. They’re everywhere.

    That water system is more likely divided the way it is, first 1->2 then 1->4->1 so they can mix hydroponic nutrients effectively, pH first with acids and silica, then add your base nutrients and micros. The same strategy is used today in the best commercial fertigation systems today. Hydraulic despotism is very underappreciated as a strategy of Machiavellianism.
    I am always very skeptical of psychoanalytical explanations of ancient myth or archaeology. Too often people get lost in the weeds when it's just humans controlling humans.
