Would love to see you expand on this video by showing your whole XCSoar configuration. What info boxes do you use on your main screen, cruise screen, any particular configuration options you like for the maps display, etc.
The Nano serves as my IGC logger (the Note is not an approved device for this). Some phones also don't have pressure sensors to measure altitude...and even if they do I believe the IGC logger is more accurate. The pressure altitud I only use for seeing my altitude to avoid airspace, not for variometer as it's not compensated.
The association does (at Least) two things; it gives you an additional GPS source as some phone GPS engines don't work at speeds over some certain speed. It also gives you accurate air data that the phone may not provide such as Vario and altitude.

What color scheme are you using for Map Details? It looks easier to read than mine.
You should explain details of the LX NAV Nano. I didn't know what the device was at first - New to glider tech devices....thx for the other info.
And wondering why do you need to have the Nano ? The note 3 has GPS. What is the Nano doing for the x-c soar?

Hi Niklas ! What is the process to switch the info boxes in black ? Thanks for your help!
If you go to 'look>screen layout' there is a setting 'Inverse InfoBoxes' which does this.
@@niklaslofgren2889 Thanks you !
Hi Niklas, i just bought the nano 3 and i also use xc soar. What is the advantage of associating the 2 devices ? Thanks
