    Your cake looks so nice ❤️ but can I have a question, you don’t glaze the cake? Just unmold and let it defrost in the fridge ? Won’t the mousse lose the shape without glazing ?

      Yes this cake is made without a glaze. The mousse can hold the shape because it contains gelatin ☺️
