Great video. I didn't have to remove base but glad to see both options of using slotted screwdriver through base or removing the base. I got parts for my MB1001 off Ebay so hopefully Magic Bullet is good as new.

My Magic Bullet is the original - it's 20 years old. Bottom and inside base gear looks totally different. Just the base gear broke. Frustrated because it still worked great. They don't make 'em like they used to!

Sorry sir, it’s not working, it just keeps rotating but do not get unscrewed, any other method possible? It seems as though it’s jammed.. please help.. thanks

Sometimes there is a need to grease the gear before unscrew it, let it grease for one hour before unscrewing. Hope so it does work.
